At the moment there is no other evidence to suggest Turkey will secure aid by boat to the gaza via their millirary. So this maybe a false report.
Turkey knows that would be seen as an act of war (well esentially joining the current war). This video looks to be an interview designed to inflame a reaction and gain ratings.

International presure will probably get the aid boats there as Israel works out what a mess they made. Yes there will be boardings in international waters that are illegal. With enough public outrage the next group of boats will make dock.

However we need to keep in mind that the amount of aid needed vastly exceeds all of this. Container ships are needed to avoid food shortages.
