Its a movie based on some TV show which was like the Turkish '24' . 'Valley of the Wolves: Palestine' focuses on a special-ops agent who executes a vendetta against Israelis who planned and commited the Freedom Flotilla massacre. I'm not familar with the series but saw the previous two spinoff movies (i.e. 'Valley of the Wolves: Iraq' & 'Valley of the Wolves: Gladio') both  excellent.
