I hope that you will forgive me, but I think this needs to be said now, and it involves me saying that some of you seem a tad simple.   You are apparently being led around like little children, and being fed poison.  Yes, anyone can see the dates are wrong; yes, you are observing something sinister; and, no, it won't do you any good if what you are trying to do is establish that Sandy Hook has elements of foul play and/or false flag.  Why?  For the simple reason that you will never have access to the kind of evidence which would establish whether these subtle internet phenomena are connected to any criminal intent - never!  It's all deniable, 100% DENIABLE !

That means that if you talk about what your abuser is doing to you, you will be tried in the public and found crazy or worse, malicious.  It's already happening.  Watch the websites you are referring to, eventually fix the date without comment after a while, and at the same time the Gun Control/MSM rhetoric constantly harping on how insane you sound.  And you think you have a clue? (It's a dud, and one or another of these "truthers" pushing this shit is a psycho-kike doing a number on you.) Gaslighting - Ambient Psychological Abuse

Doubting the Integrity of Your Own Thoughts

The term "Gaslighting" comes from the 1944 movie Gaslight starting Charles Boyer and Ingrid Bergman. In it, a husband slowly drives his wife to insanity by secretly adjusting the intensity of the light in their home and denying he was doing so. Her reaction to this, he used as the basis to convince her, and the world, that she is insane.

If you are being gaslighted, your gut view of truth will be negated. History as you know it will be rewritten. You will not trust yourself anymore. Then when your confidence is completely eroded, your abuser will find you easier to manipulate. It is a form of mind control that is implemented through ambient abuse.

Narcissistic Abuse

Though Gaslighting is not only used by narcissists, it is one of the main weapons in their arsenals. Someone with Narcissistic personality disorder (a psycho/sociopath) needs to preserve an image of themselves as perfect. Do to the fact that they are completely self-centered, they often do things that upset people or are seen by society as amoral. In order to preserve the image of perfection, to themselves, the people in their lives and the ones they are actively abusing, they use gaslighting as a way of rewriting past and present history.

Here is a hypothetical example: A narcissistic mother resents her child because she is convinced she would be a famous Hollywood star, if she had not become pregnant. She deliberately breaks her child's toy, in what appears to be a random accident while vacuuming. She then tells the child to replace it with their own allowance. When the new toy is covertly brought into the house and placed in a hidden location, she would say, "You have two toys now, if your father was alive he would never be so lenient." This has several uses, it denies her abuse in the first place, it makes the child wonder if the other toy really exists somewhere in the house in order to cover up abuse with hope, and depresses them by reference to their dead father, so traumatized the child is easier to mentally control. She is also saying look what a wonderful mother I am, while at the same time as being an abusive one.

An example in a marriage is a man who justifies his infidelities, by telling himself someone as successful as he is, that he should be able to have his pick of attractive women. His wife complains about his affairs and he convinces her that it is because she is unattractive and overweight, when she clearly is not. When she loses her temper over his insults, he slaps her and says, "Look what you made me do!" He tells his friends she is a nag and is driving him away. The friends tell their wives, who advise her to get a makeover and change her behavior or she will rightly lose her husband. When she turns a blind eye to his next affair and books an appointment at the beauty parlor, she has been effectively gaslighted into submission.

If You Are Being Gaslighted - Beware of Projective Identification

It may take you a long time to realize it is happening. You will have the nagging feeling that something is wrong, but the alternative, accepting that someone important to you is willing to destroy you emotionally and mentally is unbearable. Your mind may try to protect you with selective amnesia. Start paying clear attention to everything they say and look for proof of its veracity. If possible try to get some space and a new perspective. Seek qualified professional help where possible.

Be very careful that projective identification is not happening. This is where your abuser is treating you in such a way, that a negative part of their personality is projected on you, in a self-fulfilling prophesy, where you act it out for them. (For example, you may want to kill them all, after a while.) This can be combined with gaslighting. For an example, a parent who is a closet drunk, encourages their child to be "young and party' and then insists that they start attending AA meetings, while at the same time gathering the whole family for an intervention.

The bottom line is to trust your gut instincts, believe in yourself and the sovereignty of your own thoughts and soul. Gaslighting is a serious attack on both. It is a destructive form of abuse that should be understood and never tolerated.

Okay, so I listened to Professor Tracy on Guns and Butter http://memoryholeblog.com/2013/01/10/ja ... nd-butter/ and at about the 6 min mark he said something about how the 911 dispatch recordings were scrambled in certain places, so you couldn't get info about the identities of the individuals they apprehended in the woods and in the parking lot. Bonnie said something about how it seemed like the audios were "deliberately scrubbed."....Does anyone know anything about this? I honestly don't know anything about police recordings and just thought it was randomly garbled in some places (I had no idea they could deliberately scramble parts of the audio). Professor Tracy also noted that it was againt police procedure for those suspects to be put in the front seat of the police cars. Not sure what to make of this. Does this mean the fix was in by the time they walked the handcuffed guys over the to police car? Or does it mean it was some sort of drill??

Okay, I'm pretty sure a while back Krag posted something about how the story changed from Adam Lanza wearing a bullet proof vest to him wearing a fishing vest. Now are we really supposed to believe that a bunch of police officers at the scene can't tell the difference between a bullet proof vest and a fishing vest?? I've never worked in law enforcement and I've never been fishing, but I'm pretty damn sure I'd be able to tell the difference.

Anyway, I'm wondering if they had to change the story b/c otherwise they would have had to explain how Adam Lanza was able to get a bullet vest, which is apparently not so easy if you live in the great state of Connecticut:

In general, yes - for law-abiding folks. A felony conviction makes possession of Body Armor illegal under federal law and in many states.

I'm all for academic freedom and freedom of speech, but there's a not-so-fine line between critical thinking and crackpot lunacy.

Florida Atlantic University professor James Tracy has clearly stepped over it.

Tracy's doubts about the Sandy Hook Elementary massacre, and his blog assertions that the events may have been staged or part of a larger conspiracy to bring sweeping gun control to America, aren't playing so well in Newtown, Conn, site of the tragedy.

FoxNews.com reports that Newtown first selectwoman E. Patricia Llodra has called for Tracy's firing, calling the tenured communication professor "an embarrassment" and "insensitive."

From the FoxNews report:

"Shame on you, too, FAU, to even have someone like this on your payroll," Llodra, herself a former teacher and school administrator, told FoxNews.com in an email. "Professor Tracy is an embarrassment to me as an educator and should be to you as well. I can assure you, sadly, that the events here in Newtown unfolded exactly as are being reported, with the horrible outcome of the violent death of 26 innocent people, including 20 children.
 "It is outrageous and an insult to all caring people to think that this man would chose this event as a stage for his outlandish conspiracy theories," she added, calling his statements "wrong, inconsiderate and insensitive."

Tracy's blog comments began circulating among Internet conspiracy theorists in the past week, and my colleague Mike Clary wrote a story about him on Monday.

To me, it would be well within the bounds of reason for a communication professor to criticize and analyze the media's coverage of the massacre. There was plenty of misinformation reported in the early hours. And media critics could make a case that the aftermath has spawned slanted coverage that favors a policy outcome (stricter gun control).

But some of Tracy's posts and a timeline on his blog (I'm not going to give him publicity by linking to it), are merely lazy -- not critical -- thinking. To Tracy, the misinformation in the early hours is not misinformation, but true nuggets that blend together to produce a noxious stew of conspiracy.

Multiple shooters! Charity websites that started collections before the shooting! (Uh, maybe the timestamps on those webpages were wrong or manipulated). And Tracy harps on the lack of video surveillance images and other photographic evidence. Just because those things haven't been released yet doesn't mean they don't exist.

Again, I'm all for critical thinking and challenging conventional wisdom (ie, the world is flat, the sun revolves around the earth), but Tracy's "studies" and conclusions are insensitive and offensive.

Here's the best thing we can do: Ignore him. And FAU students would be wise to pass up his classes. There's nothing an attention monger hates worse than an empty room and the sound of crickets.

We have to start with some factual narrative, we have Professor Tracy's and Wikipedias.  Yes they said he was wearing a fishing vest, now it is a utility vest--are these people complete idiots and incompetents or are they trying to confuse people?   They are doing a really good job.

You make me sick to my stomach!!! I only wish this was a big act! All my friends keep saying that we can't believe it happened to our friends, to our town! There are kids not here! There are teachers not here! I had friends see thing that should never have been seen! I understand questioning things, but you are a terrible sick man! As a principle of the law I don't think you can require people to do things if they have not done anything wrong or prevent people from having protective wear;  once cases like this end up in the courts, they will get a thrashing!

If you turn down the volume and just watch the images as this guy uses google earth to move from the school to the firestation, it does kind of give you a strange feeling of this whole thing being staged (at least for me it does). Why would all the emergency vehicles be so far away from the school where the mass shooting supposedly occurred? Why didn't the emergency vehicles pull up close to the school or onto the flat fields/grounds surrounding the school (there was plenty of space for them to do so)? The maker of the video also points out how all of the emergency vehicles/firetrucks are blocked in by the firestation–-isn't this illegal?? Plus, what if there was a fire at a house in the local area? How would they get there to put the fire out if they are all blocked in?? And if you look closely to where all the vehicles are parked by the firestation, it doesn't really look like anyone is there to direct traffic or anything--I mean, wouldn't they have someone there trying to clear a path for the emergency vehicles to be able to get out quickly??  This whole thing seems really strange. I mean, if someone breaks into my home and I call the police, I would expect them to pull up in front of my house and not a few houses down or a block away.

Okay, I've noticed that stories about Adam Lanza having altercations w/teachers at Sandy Hook have been resurfacing, so I thought I would post this, though it's a bit old:

It's definitely interesting to watch all the changes in the story as time progresses. It seems like a lot of the information that is put out initially ends up having no basis in fact (like Nancy Lanza being a kindergarten teacher, Adam getting into arguments w/teachers the day before).  I'm not sure what to make of this, but on Rick Adam's show, Dr. K said he spoke w/a reporter at the Hartford Courant and that this person indicated that the dis/misinformation was not coming from the locals. In fact, it was a discussion with a reporter at the Hartford Courant where this information was derived. It was he who said that the discrepancies and preemtive infromation arose not from them, that is the Newtown Police and State Police, but instead from:

Washington, D.C. and
The Justice (or injustice) Department

He made it highly clear that the locals were NOT responsible for the early leaks about Ryan Lanza or even the original claims regarding the deaths of the children, as shown, here by Mr. Tracy. Nor did the first reports of Adam Lanza as either the culprit or his death come from the locals.

All the fraud that has been perpetrated was orchestrated from these sources. The role of media black-ops organized for a hidden agenda against Ameica's guns is clearly evident , the anti-gun momentum being clearly organized by likes of Bloomberg, Feinstein, Schumer, Sugarman, et al.

That is quite an admission for the state's chief medical examiner.

Dr. Carver, who also said, "[My staff] and I hope the people of Newtown don't have it crash on their head later," obviously is acting like a man who knows much, much more than he is saying, and is having a very hard time emotionally keeping the secret and is letting things slip PUBLICLY.

It appears that he is actually DEFENDING the suspect with his language, and that, to me, is extremely significant; it tells me that he is personally disgusted with all that is happening, and that this poor young man possibly/probably had nothing to do with what happened.  At this point all that I do know is that there are TOO DAMNED MANY IN-CONSISTENCIES TO BELIEVE ANYTHING ABSOLUTELY RIGHT NOW, and let us all hope that Dr. Carver gives much more information in the future as to what he knows.

NB:  This was the guy who had originally said that everyone shot/killed were shot/killed with RIFLE SHOTS, when the "assailant" only had apparently fired PISTOLS.  Folks, it is apparent to me that Dr. Carver is giving anyone who cares to look and read his words carefully evidence that this is nothing at all as it is being presented, but he is doing it cryptically so that he can protect himself by not coming-out with too much at any one time.  A seasoned medical-examiner would know definitely the difference between rifle- and pistol-wounds, so as far as I am concerned that was no error, but was the truth.  Not only that, but why have none of us seen the spent casings and recovered bullets?

You want to find out, or confirm the hoax?...Go to Newtown, question the priests and people running the St.Rose of Lima church, question the funeral director, question some people around town....I bet you don't make it 24-48 hours without having an accident...According to 'media sources', the 'families of the victims' have asked that no media people approach them for interviews, i.e. other than the performances put on by actors and Anderson Cooper-Vanderbilt , 'Wolf Blitzer' and Piers Morgan.

The producers of CNN's Anderson Cooper 360 have invited me to appear on tonight's broadcast to discuss this week's controversy surrounding my articles on the Sandy Hook tragedy. Unfortunately, I am at present unable to accommodate this request. CNN has asked for a written statement from me to present in my absence. This statement, issued to a CNN representative late this afternoon, appears in its entirety below.

In my analyses of news coverage on the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting I am confident I have put forth questions befitting any decent and reflective citizen, journalist or scholar. My research has led me to conclude that the nation's media failed to provide an accurate, in-depth and sustained investigation of what took place at the school on the morning of December 14. Unfortunately, most of my observations and their nuance have been reduced to headlines and sound bites that have placed my person and intent in a severely negative light.
 
The press is not solely at fault, however. A significant portion of the public has chosen to base its judgment of my queries on narrow preconceptions of what they believe intellectual or academic inquiry should consist of and be directed toward. Such individuals have also been quick to judge me personally based on how I have been framed by such media instead of affording my arguments related to the tragedy a less prejudicial hearing.
 
I maintain that many questions I raise about the Sandy Hook tragedy remain unanswered and that the American public has been underserved by the press in this important regard. I apologize for any additional anguish and grief my remarks—and how they have been taken out of context and misrepresented—may have caused the families who've lost loved ones on December 14. At the same time I believe the most profound memorial we can give the children and educators who lost their lives on that day is to identify and interrogate the specific causes of their tragic and untimely demise.

The heat is on Prof. Tracy, which brings to mind Ward Churchill, not a perfect comparison by any means, but the same tactics will be brought to bear on the prof. to make his life uncomfortable to say the least.

We begin tonight "Keeping Them Honest" with the story that is frankly hard to believe. You are going to want to sit down for this one.

Nearly one month to the day of the horrific shootings in Newtown, Connecticut, in which 26 people were killed including 20 children, tonight we expose a number of people who are claiming that the Sandy Hook shootings were staged.

Now, there are always conspiracy theorists lurking on line who comes up with some horrifically outrageous claims. And normally, we would not dig any phi these claims with air time. These claims are obviously sickening to many in Newtown who spent the past four weeks crying and console bearing friends and family members trying to figure out how to restart their lives.

As I said, normally, we wouldn't mention these conspiracy theories. But it turns out one of the people who's peddling one version of this conspiracy theory is actually a tenured associate professor at Florida Atlantic University, a state university that get taxpayers' money.

His name is James Tracy. This is a picture of him. This is what he looks like. James Tracy is his name. Now, he claims the shooting did not happen as reported and may not have happened at all. Here's what he wrote on his personal blog and I quote, "one is left to inquire whether the Sandy Hook shooting ever took place, at least in the way law enforcement authorities and the nation's news media have described."

The reporters ambushed him at his place of work then stalked him at his house in Florida.  What would happen if these supposed journalists got the same treatment?  They would call the cops right or file a restraining order.

Thanks for posting!!  Apparently the only "freedom" left in this nightmare nation is the freedom to go along w/the official story. If you dare speak up, think critically, or ask a reasonable question, they will destroy you!! I came across this brief interview with a Newtown High School student from the day of the shootings.  I won't spend a lot of time discussing it but I wanted to post it here and point out a couple of things that don't make a lot of sense.  We're to believe that he somehow received an alert about the shootings while sitting in class and he was able to leave the school and drive over to Sandy Hook Elementary and stand around outside the doors while he saw the first students emerge from the school.  He said that a girl was carried out and 3 minutes later another girl came out of the building.  He said there were hardly any cops there at the time.

The reason this doesn't make sense is that the parents were told that there was a shooting but stated that they weren't told which school was involved.  They were also told that the schools were in lockdown.  If this is true, how did this high school kid arrive at the school even before most of the police were at the scene?  And how did they just allow him to stand there near the doorway, waiting for his sister?  I don't believe it.

I find it very interesting how quickly all of this transpired.  From the decision to offer and then prepare Chalk school for the students, to all of the arrangements, the financial decisions, the physical move, the coordination between the two towns and school boards and the decision to rename the school.  All of it happened quite quickly considering the typical bureaucracy involved with school boards and town councils and we are talking about a separate town AND a separate school district.
 
The offer of the use of Chalk Hill school was reportedly made by Monroe First Selectman Steve Vavrek to the Newtown officials on the day of the shooting!

Monroe First Selectman Steve Vavrek said Monday night that he reached out to Newtown First Selectman Patricia Llorda as soon as he heard about the shooting, offering the use of the vacant school.

I searched for school board meeting minutes on both the Newtown and Monroe town websites and there is no mention of this move.  Monroe even has minutes from their school board meeting on 12-17-12 and there is nothing mentioned about Sandy Hook at all. There is no mention on either site about who will pay for the school or how the new school would be managed since they would now technically be part of a new school district.  There was no word of a vote of school board members about this move.  Nothing at all.  Yet we're to believe that amidst all of the chaos with this horrible tragedy that town officials not only worked out all of the financial details involved but they also worked out all of the logistics, moved all of the furnishings down to the childrens' backpacks and water bottles and decorated the new school with snowflakes on the windows?!
 
They did construction to accommodate the students, such as raising the floors in the lavatories, they arranged all of the transportation changes with the busing company, got the building up to code and inspected, arranged all of the food service, office staff, hired a new principal, officially renamed the school, etc.  ALL of this allegedly occurred in a two week span and during the holidays.  Amazing!
 
I also found it very interesting that Chalk Hill school is also being used by Monroe Parks and Recreation.

The last time Chalk Hill was used as a school, the sixth grade was on the second floor and the building was shared with the Parks & Recreation Department downstairs. Parks & Rec. is still there and the Monroe Volunteer Emergency Medical Service uses the building for training.

Note that the address for the new Sandy Hook school is listed as 375 Fan Hill Road. I searched the Parks and Recreation website and noticed that there are still many active classes listed for Chalk Middle school.  Interestingly, the address is listed as 375 Monroe Turnpike.  According to the Parks website, Fawn Hollow Elementary is located at 375 Fan Hill Road.

So we're to believe that all of this is taking place at the same location as the new Sandy Hook school?  Wow.
 
The article referenced above also mentions that Fawn Hollow Elementary was built on the same property as Chalk Middle school.

Chalk Hill was built in the back of the same property where Fawn Hollow Elementary School is. It was designed by architect, Fletcher-Thompson Inc.

This all gets confusing, but contrary to the Parks and Rec website which lists the address for Fawn Hollow as 375 Fan Hill Rd, there is also information elsewhere that lists it as 345 Fan Hill Road.

This is 375 Monroe Turnpike on Google Maps.  It is labeled as "Monroe Board of Education" in Google Maps. (photo of house)

A bit down the road is what appears to be another school.  If you hover over it, it appears to be 362 Monroe, but I'm unable to find a listing for a school at that address.

However, the Monroe school board website has Monroe Elementary listed as 375 Monroe Turnpike.  The website is strange as there is no photo of the school and the website is not being kept up to date.  The most recent announcement is about school pictures in September '12.

This is all so confusing and I'm not sure what's going on.  Consider this though.  No media was allowed to be anywhere near the new Sandy Hook school as students began classes this week.  I don't trust any of this because I don't believe it would have been possible to accomplish all of this in this short time span and there is no evidence to support the claims.  A photo of the newly converted school and signs "welcome Sandy Hook students" isn't enough to convince me that any of this took place, especially after seeing the address discrepancies described above.  Something is seriously wrong here.
 

Here's the Google image of the three schools at that location, the location where the "new" Sandy Hook School is allegedly located – Fawn Hollow Elementary (345 or 375 Fan Hill RD), Chalk Hill / New Sandy Hook (375 Fan Hill RD OR 375 Monroe Turnpike) and a middle school Jockey Hollow Middle school (365 Fan Hill RD).

In addition to moving the students to a new school, volunteers are now building a new playground at the location.  Yeah, right!

There is also easy access to the field in the back of the building, where volunteers are now building a playground for Sandy Hook Elementary School.

There is much to say about all of this but I don't want this post to get too lengthy, so I have just a couple of final thoughts for now.
 
If Sandy Hook is still considered an "active" crime scene, how did they allow workers with moving vans to enter the building and remove all of the bookcases, the student's desks and even their backpacks without disturbing the crime scene?
 
And finally, not only did they by some miracle achieve this school relocation but they staffed the Monroe police department with enough officers so that 10 of them could guard the new school!  This is what their bright new uniforms look like.

Okay, all this stuff about creating a new school for the Sandy Hook students is still a bit strange to me. So, the kids are so traumatized by what happened there that they cannot go back and they need to go to another school. But they are going to make this other school look as much like Sandy Hook as possible?? And apparently they are now renaming Chalk Hill to Sandy Hook Elementary. Also interesting that the previous principal and assistant principal are available to come out of retirement and step in.

With Sandy Hook School students set to start their first day at Monroe's Chalk Hill Middle School on Thursday, January 3, a press conference was held at Monroe's Wolfe Park on Wednesday, January 2.

At the event Monroe Police Department Lieutenant Keith White introduced Monroe Chief of Police John Salvatore, Newtown Chief of Police Michael Kehoe, Newtown Superintendent of Schools Janet Robinson, Monroe First Selectman Steve Vavrek, and Lieutenant George Sinko of the Newtown Police Department.

Governor Dannel Malloy stopped by on Tuesday, January 2, according to Lt White, to tour the school and meet with teachers.

A faculty meeting was also held on Tuesday for the Sandy Hook School teachers to meet and see the school together as a group.

"Everything seemed to go well this morning," said Lt White. "We're expecting students and their parents to show up as we speak now to get their tours in before the official bus runs and actual day of school tomorrow morning."

When Dr Robinson spoke at the press conference, she said a great deal of thought and effort has been made to make sure the Sandy Hook School community has as seamless a transition as possible.

On one day roughly 80 people were in Monroe's Chalk Hill Middle School to prepare it for the Sandy Hook School community, said Dr Robinson.

"Right now Chalk Hill has been transformed from a middle school to a very cheerful nurturing elementary school," Dr Robinson said.

Monroe teachers helped Newtown teachers set up classrooms and other facilities.

"We have had incredible support from Monroe in all these aspects," said Dr Robinson. "We do have mental health workers with each of our schools, and a larger staff has been assigned to Sandy Hook School."

The sign in front of Chalk Hill Middle School now reads Sandy Hook School, Dr Robinson said, adding, "so we can carry on our traditions, which have helped make this a very nurturing, caring place."

As children came in on Tuesday, Dr Robinson said they were excited to see their teachers. Dr Robinson also said when students return to school the routine will be as close to normal as possible.

"It feels extremely secure there," said Dr Robinson, acknowledging with work from the Newtown and Monroe police departments. Adding later, "It's a good feeling, and we appreciate all that effort."

Each visitor to the school is being stopped and interviewed by a police officer, according to Lt White, and there are multiple security options in place.

"Our goal is to make it a safe and a secure learning environment for these kids to return to along with the teachers also," said Lt White.

From what he has witnessed at the school, Lt White said a number of students were amazed at some of the differences between the middle school and their old elementary school building. Lt White said the school's large gymnasium has made some students light up with excitement.

"We just want to let them know that they are welcome here," said Lt White. "I think they will feel welcome as they come through those front doors tomorrow. Their teachers are eagerly waiting to meet them again and move forward from this point."

On December 20, Dr Robinson announced former Sandy Hook School principal Donna Pagé and former Sandy Hook School assistant principal Cathy Mazzariello have offered to return from retirement to help see their former school through its transitional period. Dr Robinson also said the district will begin looking for an interim principal to oversee the school for the remainder of the school year.

In a message posted to the Sandy Hook School website for parents and guardians, Ms Pagé wrote, "I want to reach out to you again as Opening Day for [Sandy Hook School] approaches. Please know the inspiration you and your children have been to my staff and me as we connect with you at Chalk Hill. Please also know that we have a keen appreciation for the unique needs of all members of the [Sandy Hook School] Community and we are doing our best to consider the range of needs in all of our planning."

Ms Pagé also addressed concerns and drop off procedures in her letter.

Later in the letter she wrote, "In closing, I want parents and families enduring the loss of their precious children to know their loved ones are foremost in our hearts and minds as we move forward. We recognize your needs are paramount in our preparations and planning. Your strength and compassion has been, and will continue to be an inspiration to me and countless others as we work to honor the memory of your precious children and our beloved staff."

Many contradictory reports of what happened in Victoria Soto's classroom

To begin, Ms. Soto was declared a hero by all of the media sources just hours after the tragedy occurred.  This was at a time when investigators should have been just barely understanding what happened in the school.  There were many witnesses to interview, evidence to analyze, family to notify, etc.  Yet they somehow presented this hero story (and others) before anyone fully understood the details.  After reading many news reports and listening to interviews about what happened or at least what is being reported to have happened, I'm not understanding what she did that was considered heroic.   Anyone with common sense would have done whatever possible to protect themselves as well as the children, yet with so many different versions of this event, it is impossible to understand what really happened.

This article (<!-- m -->http://www.cnn.com/interactive/2012/12/ ... le_sidebar<!-- m -->) has Soto directing the kids "away from the door".

"In another classroom, Victoria Soto, 27, moved her first-grade students away from the door. The gunman burst in and shot her, according to the father of a surviving student. Six students were killed in that classroom."

This article (<!-- m -->http://www.news.com.au/world/teacher-vi ... 6537530317<!-- m -->) has her throwing her body in front of the children.

"Miss Soto sacrificed herself to save her students – throwing her body in front of the young children."

And a "friend" had this to say:

A friend posted a tribute to Miss Soto on her Tumblr account. In her tribute she wrote: "I talked to Vicki Tuesday and she told me that she loved her 16 angels and never wanted to let them go. Today when the shooting started Vicki hid her kids in closets and when the gunman came into her room she told them the class was in gym. She was then murdered. Not one of her students were harmed. Words can not express how heartbreaking and tragic this is. I will miss you dearly."

Does this sound like something a teacher would say about her students???  And, it's then stated that not one of her students were harmed?!

Another version:

Her students told police that she tried to distract gunman Adam Lanza, but when half of the class tried to run, Lanza opened fire. According to investigators, when Vicki was found, it was clear that she died trying to shield her students from harm.

This contradicts what has been reported by the parents of Aidan Licata.  They state that he walked in the room, shot Soto and he and 5 others escaped by walking right past him in the doorway!

This article describes Soto hiding the kids in a closet and when telling Lanza that the kids were at the opposite end of the school, 6 kids tried to escape and he shot them all.

"Dylan's teacher Vicki Soto died while saving her pupils. She hid them in her classroom closet and confronted Adam Lanza, telling them the children were at the other end of the school.

Six children panicked and tried to escape but the teacher put herself in the line of fire so she could save them, but they were all shot multiple times.

Mr and Mrs Hockley said their son's teacher was 'warm and funny' and Dylan 'loved her dearly'.

The couple also said they take 'great comfort' in knowing that their son did not die alone.

He was found in the arms of teacher's aide Anne Marie Murphy, who was also shot dead.

There are more variations – some have her hiding some of the kids and Murphy under her desk, some have her huddled with the children, etc.  Who knows what to believe.  The official story is the 14 kids were shot in Rousseau's class and 6 in Soto's.  Since Murphy was in Soto's classroom and it's stated that the 6 kids were shot "trying to escape", then how did she get shot?  It's reported that Hockley died in her arms.  None of it makes sense!

There are also reports that 6 children escaped unharmed.  How can that possibly reconcile with "6 children were shot trying to escape"?

And,

"Finally, they (police) opened that door and there were seven sets of eyes looking at them," the Courant reported, citing a law enforcement officer familiar with the events. The kids told the officer what had happened. "She tried to save her class," he said of Victoria Soto.

If 6 kids were shot trying to escape, 6 kids escaped unharmed and 7 kids survived hiding in the closet, how does one explain that she only had 15 (or 16 according to the "friend") students?  Here is the class photo that's being presented:

It is all so confusing.  Here is a short video that consists of two separate (and inconsistent) interviews with the parents of Aidan Licata as well as a short part of Gene Rosen's interview.  Rosen is the neighbor who claims that 6 students from Soto's class ended up at his house.  He reported that their parents eventually picked the students up there.  In an interview, Aidan's mother reported that she picked her son up from the police station. In a news article,  it's reported that she found him at the fire station, so three versions.

Where was Aiden? He has to be safe.

Relief came in the form of a text on her phone. Aiden, she learned, was in the firehouse already.

He had come face-to-face with the gunman when he entered Soto's classroom and ran right by him to escape, he later told his parents.

I get the sense that the general story was written but the actors involved in this didn't remember the exact script so that the stories would be consistent. Where are the journalists questioning all of these inconsistencies? It is no wonder that so many people are trying to understand what really happened in Sandy Hook.
