Reply to Ognir's "bump"

Yankee Doodle wants to reply to Ognir's "bump" regarding Daryl Bradford Smith trying to kill him, after he spent hours tracking through the internet reading and listening to this dispute, but there was no "reply" button on the link, so he makes this new topic.

Yankee Doodle finally found a phone call between Smith and Hufschmid, and Yankee Doodle has this observation:  a few months ago, there was a trial in Boston of mobster Whitey Bulger, and the TV reports told of him getting into a shouting match, while in the courtroom, with one of his former associates, Kevin Weeks, who accused Whitey and his associate, Steve "the rifleman" Flemmi, of being "rats".  If you listen to the recording between Smith and Hufschmid, and then read the account of the Bulger and Weeks shouting match in a courtroom, you will see the similarities between Bulger and Smith.

Given the similarities between Bulger, a killer, and Smith, who admits to having a criminal record, I think it is safe to say that Ognir  was, indeed, very lucky to have escaped with his life.
