  "An elected opposition EELV in Hénin-Beaumont in the Pas-de-Calais,
   Tondelier Navy, denounced the presence on Twitter posters giving
   "misleading and disabling instructions" in a polling station in the
   town ...

   The photo was posted on Twitter by Marine Tondelier elected EELV
   opposition in Hénin-Beaumont.  This photo, taken in the booth of a
   polling station, shows a poster entitled "How to Vote" The instructions
   actually have nothing to do with the regional voting system. "The
   newsletter should contain a maximum of 5 inseparable names of their
   alternate. You can strike out the names of holders and associated
   alternates that you do not want to elect." Marine Tondelier denounced
   "misleading and disabling instructions" for indeed, if a voter applies
   these guidelines to the vote on Sunday, the ballot will be considered
   invalid.

   "It looks like the rules for elections parents of students or something
   like that," added the environmentalist elected in another tweet. Marine
   Tondelier vote went late morning and says he alerted the elected
   National Front who chaired the desktop. But she would, she said,
