This can be seen as the official AFFIDAVIT of Chris Bryles, Harney
County Fire Chief concerning tensions mounting amongst Burns, OR
inhabitants relating undercover FBI agents posing as Militia Members
illegally entering the Burns City Armory. This is most important
evidence concerning the Criminal Complaint from the United States
District Court  for the District of Oregon vs the BUNDY's and others,
debunking the following made charges in point 23. made by Katherine
Armstrong, Special Agent, FBI :

        23. According to a Special Agent with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), on
January 2, 2016, the BLM learned, by watching a live online video stream, that numerous
individuals to include A. BUNDY and PAYNE left the rally that was in support of the
Hammonds in Burns, Oregon, and traveled to the MNWR to take it over. BLM was notified
later that day by a Harney County Sheriff's Officer that a source informed him that the group
controlled the MNWR and had explosives, night vision goggles, and weapons and that if they
didn't get the fight they wanted out there would bring the fight to town.
