The reasons why the Dutch PM Mark Rutte, out of the blue, decided to
hold a speech in EU Parliament are unknown to me. After watching above
video i sense that  whoever it was who gave the advise to Rutte to make
his bombastic speech in EU Parliament (was it the speech writer ?), was
basically setting him up for his own downfall. This is not going to end
well for the Dutch PM.
