At the very beginning - 00:19 - you read:  "911 was a localized event.  However, now the simple act of opening an envelope anywhere in the country could be deadly."

Personal story
Days after the anthrax event, I was sending out letters contacting various cities that had flood-control problems, as I had an idea for flood-control that I was trying to develop.

As sometimes happens, after sealing the envelope and putting a stamp on it, you realize you forgot something, and, of course, rather than destroying the stamped envelope, you simply unseal it, make changes to the contents, and then close the envelope and seal it with tape.

So, having done this, and forgotten about it, a few days later, two - not one, but two - police cars approach, stop, and the cops exit and approach me, saying "Mr. Yankee Doodle, did you send a letter to Podunk, Kentucky?  Did you put tape on that envelope, Mr. Yankee Doodle?"

You see, some stupid fucker in a little office in a little place in Kentucky was scared shit-less by an envelope from somebody they didn't know, because the envelope had tape on it.

It wasn't enough to call their local bomb squad, or haz-mat unit, and open the fucking taped-shut envelope.  Rather, they called the police where I live, so I could be investigated for putting a little bit of tape on an envelope.

The cops demanded that I explain why I put tape on the envelope - like that's some big fucking crime - and then they demanded that I allow them to use my phone to call the stupid fucker and explain that there was nothing to fear from a piece of tape on an envelope.

So, you see, just as the video says, they succeeded in putting fear into everybody in the United States with their anthrax false-flag attack.

Subsequently, I got very funny "what have you done?" looks from the neighbors, and my postman told me that the cops had stopped him, and demanded that he tell them what he knew about me.

All for some tape on an envelope.
