Documentary Occupation 101, and General Torrent Question

I recently found a documentary called Occupation 101.  It's a good mainline introduction into the Israeli occupation that uses pretty powerful imagery and I think it needs to get out more.  It's along the lines of an Iraq for Sale or Why We Fight but about the Israeli occupation.

The information isn't really anything new to people on this forum, but the visual style of it and the fact that it does have mainline personalities in it makes the film in my opinion a good warm-up for uninitiated folks out there, especially for douche-bags that think they're awake because they saw Loose Change, or some AJ movie but don't have a clue what goes on every day outside the U.S.

Since the film does not appear to be on that many trackers, I was wondering what I would have to do to change that.  As I am a novice at torrent creation what would I have to do to add new trackers to an existing torrent.  Or if I create a new torrent do I have to just announce the torrent to the trackers, or do I actually have to upload something to the tracker site?

I watched this vid in a private theater and we met the producers and had Q/A discussion. This documentary is great, highly recommend it.
