The "current architecture" has crumbled into a million pieces - contrived by whom? (problem).  The world's (reaction) fear - tyranny?.  Their solution - global monetary union (solution). They are so very cunning at using the "Hegelian Dialectic".

The  Hegelian dialectic is the framework for guiding our thoughts and actions into conflicts that lead us to a predetermined solution.   problem - reaction - solution
