Recent banning of users (Jenny, TriWooOx) etc

I asked Sullivan to update the forum software and add in an API from stopforumspam.com

So I'm presuming he got the updates done, yet I've had 5 emails from 5 different people saying that they were BANNED for being spammers.  This is not the case and it's down to software upgrades.

I hope we can get this sorted ASAP and sorry from the team for the cock-up.

Og, the 'banning' lasted all of what... ten minutes maximum? No sooner had it happened than it was sorted. It seems that stopforumspam was a little more effective than it should be. Anyway, each email was also received by me and responded to by me, informing them of the error and that it had been rectified.
