Is Israel trying to become the next offshore heaven?

MCP mentioned on his show today an interesting theory: Israel is trying to become the biggest offshore bank in the world.

This makes a lot of sense.... US & Israel have been fighting Swiss, Caribbean banks etc over allowing US citizens to stash their money there and now, after that big meeting in Europe, offshore heavens are opening up their records. So Israel has managed to eliminate the competition.

And don't forget, a large portion of the stolen money... all these trillions of dollars, are already in Israel. So, who will go after Israel for becoming the offshore heaven? You think that Obama or Treasury or IRS are gonna complain about Israeli banks?!  :lol:
