Jewish Charities and the Bernie Made Off's

Has anyone made the connection as to why these charities dealt almost exclusively with guy's like Bernie?

I would like to hear from anyone who thinks they have made the real money connection.

Then I will give you my take on it.

Seeing no one can make the connection here is my two cents....

Let's say that Bernie receives a $5,000,000.00 donation from a certain Hollywood producer.

Bernie immediately siphons off his fee of say 10% ($500,000.00) and then proceeds to launder the remaining amount through the banks and/or stock exchange where he remits (kicks back) $4.5 million to the Hollywood producer via an account in Israel.

In the in term, Bernie is running a so called legitimate investment firm parallel to this other scam for the smaller players.

Now the Hollywood producer receives a tax receipt for $5,000,000.00 to write of against personal or corporate taxes depending on whose name the donation is made.

Bernie is making a nice tidy income; the Hollywood producer just doubled his dough by not paying income tax and getting 90% back in cash or an untraceable deposit in Tel Aviv.

Now one would think it would stop there, but greed really sets in and Bernie tells his big clients that the American dollar is headed for the toilet.

So Bernie reneges on his smaller clients who discover the losses and Bernie pleads "no contest".

No contest equates to no investigation and of course Bernie's admission equates to fraud allowing the Hollywood producer types to zoom into court, seek compensation and get paid yet again.

Getting paid three times on his original investment, while paying no taxes and get his original investment back to begin all over again.

All at your expense.

Now that's what I call; "Jewish finance."

Why would a Hollywood producer launder cash? movies are still legal...

But having worked in Real Estate, I've seen first hand how Russian mobsters laundered their money...they buy a property say for 1000,000 today then sell it for 250000 tomorrow but with a fake contract that says they owned it for 3 years, they then proceed to send the money back to any of the Stans that they came from i.e. (Kazakhistan, Kyrgystan, ect.). The case might be the same but with Jewish gangsters which might cross in to the Russian mob as well and the property could become an investment with Bernie giving them the fake contract

It's all about avoiding taxes.
Donations to charities or churches are 100% tax deductable.

Even "unregistered" churches or charities can issue tax receipts.

I would bet that if one was to look into these "charities" one might just find that they are not "incorporated" and therefore, are NOT subject to the Corporations Act.....

The following underlined excerpt is taken from section 6.5 of the Ontario government's Not-for-Profit Incorporator's Handbook on special organizations including churches, religious organizations, non-profit and charitable organizations. Similar, if not identical "statute" law exists in virtually every province, state or country in the world:

"Special situations of religious organizations...Religious organizations should consider certain issues carefully before INCORPORATING.
GOVERNING LAW:
If a religious organization becomes incorporated, its ecclesiastical, canon or church laws, rules or regulations may be subject to the CORPORATIONS ACT.  This means that if any ecclesiastical, canon or church law, rule or regulation conflicts with the CORPORATIONS ACT, the organization once incorporated, MUST comply with the CORPORATIONS ACT and will no longer be able to use that law, rule or regulation in administering its affairs."

Un-incorporated charities even have an advantage over land use/leasing....

Section 6.5 continued....

Real Estate
In addition, a religious organization's power to lease real estate or buildings to others may be substantially restricted by the Charities Accounting Act.  The Religious Organizations' Lands Act applies to unincorporated religious organizations.  That Act allows the trustees of a religious organization to lease land held by them on behalf of the organization for a maximum period of 40 years, provided the land is no longer required for any of the organization's religious purposes.  When a religious organization incorporates, the Charities Accounting Act applies.  That Act generally allows charities to hold land only for their own use.  If the organization is currently leasing property, it may wish to consult a lawyer before incorporating.
