This is NOTHING MORE than pitting Black-against-White into the minds of the Blacks.  This is precisely why I keep saying that once society breaks-down, God help us all if the people do not know who has TRULY done this to them because once people lose their minds in the chaos, there is no going back.  How can people truly be so stupid as to not see what is happening?  I know that for us at TIU this may be rhetorical, but for me it DOES seem as though something is inherintly wrong with the human species at this point, both in terms of general intellect AND the will to survive against an inevitable threat.  I have my own theories as to why the human race as a whole is doing nothing in any real way to save itself from the parasites that will eventually have no more need from the host, but I simply have no more answers that are definitive because this simply defies all logic that we are SUPPOSED to have ingrained into us as a species for our survival mechanism.

I actually think this is a good thing.  Ghetto Blacks need to have a stake in something besides rap music, sports and rims. Seriously.
1950s America had a lot fewer blacks in prison than 2009's America. Much of this is due to blacks owning and running businesses in their segregated sections of town. There was a church going middle-class.

Jews essentially upended a lot of this in the 1960s.

again a racist staement. actually it was due to the complete corparate control post ww2 on american infrastructure built up and that they had discovered prison labour was even more cheaper than market labour AND they got paid for for the upkeep of each prisoner and the tertiary business' revolving around each penitentiary.

Yeah, it's kind of racist I guess.

But you got to hang out with some Brothers that like Rims!  :D  Some do you know...   The differences between "Classes" among Blacks in the USA are more dramatic than probably anywhere else in the world. Generalizations about them sometimes are on target as in "Poor people usually shop at Wal-mart for a lot of things" other generalizations are clearly not as in "Blacks are stupid and can't do anything right".

Nobody forces blacks not to study physics....  blacks that go to prison in the USA usually deserve to go to prison because some of them are just violent or poorly educated people. I guess you never have been around inner city American blacks of different social classes for a long period of time?  I have and I have opinions.

Remember the crime rates tell the tale in the USA as do achievements in education.  I frankly don't like to waste a lot of time with American blacks if I don't think they are that educated. I've spent a lot of time with them on many occasions and I don't like to waste time with them if they don't have the right approach. Yeah, I guess you could call that racist, but then again, you might have never had to defend yourself in a life and death situation.  ;)

I respect people like Cynthia McKinney but the hood rats that shot a guy a few blocks away last year -- that's a different story.

I live in Atlanta, and I am going to stay-out of this as FACTS ARE FACTS and there is trash in EVERY group of human beings; however, the system DOES keep minorities down with programs like the operation of drugs and the literal dumbing-down of the urban centers via the education system, so it is NOT entirely any groups fault in many instances for the situation in which they find themselves.

I stick by this though. Learning and working to better oneself in society is a social act.

Having these discussions may seem like time wasting or sidetracking, but here on TiU similar topics often get at least 3 pages showing that these issues do need to be discussed rationally rather than stay as the 800 pound gorilla. Being black myself I felt the urge to respond.

Articles such as this do seem to be divide & conquer propaganda. Why did AP choose to promote this to what I would guess is audience of majority white readers, when it could be left to black newspapers or magazines? I can understand people calling this racist and saying if the reverse happened it would be considered as such. But I would argue that blacks are a minority and we also have a cultural affiliation so tend to think collectively. I think schemes like these are an attempt to give blacks incentives. I'm not based in the US but there are examples which fit in with what CSR said about blacks being economically better off when we were doing for self prior to the civil rights movements.

Bridges of understanding need to be built on such topics, there needs to be balance rather than rabble rousing or leaving it as the 800 pound silverback in the room.

Another question would be, who actually becomes aroused by such articles? Judging by the comments on the article page(could be agents who knows), people do seem to be falling for it. This is very light compared to what I've seen in other sources and there will be much more where that came from in the future. We blacks are easily manipulated(probably a generalization), due to poor education and psychological issues many of us have, I used to
be easily stimulated myself.

The point is the Mainstream media is the controllers' biggest tool and if whites, Hispanics, Asians or blacks keep allowing ourselves to be manipulated, we make the job of defeating these people much more difficult. We need to expose these people's techniques, until we see right through them.

@crack I have dealt with all kinds of underground, most of it really hardcore of the streets so dont make assumptions bout me or others. I've lived on the streets, lived in lawless squats/streets/TAZ's and travellers sites-so when it comes to the UK I know more about the streets than the police. Yes it is ridiculously dangerous at times and have had too many close shaves. However i always found it was one of three things: drugs, money, women. The only twats on the streets that i constantly met were crackheads and heroin addicts-i defy anyone to provide an example of a current user who isnt a thieving lying knobhead who wouldnt sell there own grandmother if their supply ran dry. So with the above point in context i found that the colour of ones skin was irrelevant compared to the personal habits and morals of the character in question. So i survived the streets by judging the character only and just plain avoiding them and kicking the arse of anyone who came after me.
 I know gang culture inside out and was part of a 60 strong crew. It was only after a two-faced power struggle that i left street culture for good as my morality was never based on drugs money women. My morality was always based on honour and lawlessness(doing what you saw was right and not harming others who never harmed you)This was 4 years ago. Since then, thank fate,  i knuckled down and concentrated on hard work, paying bills, looking after mrs and dog and getting rid of ANY hangers on in my social circle. As a result of this i stayed out of trouble, whilst my ex crew all became scag heads and the leaders all got sent down.
 My point is 99% of them were white with a small asian minority. So dont give me its a ghetto black problem crap. Its a social framework almost cult trap problem. What I will say is that most of the crack was dominated by blacks tho and got really ruthless and that indicates more of a cultural hip hop meme more than ANYTHING ELSE, not because they were black. Crack was glorified by blacks and asian gangs that i knew. btw the way i had at least three murders on my doorstep so that may give you an indication of how intimate i knew these people.
In conclusion for what its worth i blame the dependency drugs and cultural memes as the agents of social destruction of poverty stricken under classes, not the amount of melonin in ones skin/racial differences and it makes no sense shaping consciousness to foster those differences. In that the ashkenazi zionists want this i think we can both agree crack.

You need to keep in mind to that while Jewish "TV" (from 1950s-1970s) helped to get more "intergration" in the US (sports, TV dramas,public speeches by Black leaders),  at same time it stole the "community" from a lot of Black people and replaced it with essentially mindless consumerism.  This has had a much worse effect on the Black communities than the White communities. In fact, I think the Civil Rights Movement and MLK would have probably been delayed or marginal if TV hadn't been around in the 1960s. The Images changed a lot of minds.  But now, with the Jewish Media, the Black youth a fed a lot of Negatives across the board that 50 years ago would have been laughed at by the mostly Male led Black communities.

A lot of this is in perception, I mean if the Jews had edited the Rodney King incident for TV differently, we probably wouldn't have had an LA riot.

Always keep the big picture in mind. A lot of American blacks still go to prison and I think if the Black Communities where a bit more unified and self-supportive with businesses (like in the article above), people would have more resources to help out one another.  The US Govt. has helped out the Black community a lot over the years but it is going under here shortly, if a lot of people don't get their check it could mean trouble here in the US.
