LOS ANGELES, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 09/11/09 -- The Entertainment Career Connection, Inc., offering certificate programs in all aspects of broadcasting, radio, audio engineering, and filmmaking, announces the release of its Chief Operating Officer Brian Kraft's documentary and home study course, "The Fall of America and the Western World." The eight hour plus, nine-disc DVD box set provides unprecedented interviews with conservatives, moderates, liberals and radicals who all believe that America, Europe and the Western world is in serious trouble and poised for collapse.

"The Fall of America and the Western World" is based on historical evidence, economic data, verifiable facts and expert bi-partisan research, featuring exclusive never-seen-before interviews and commentary with some of the most renowned scholars, activists, professors, best-selling authors and economists. These experts believe that we are headed for financial Armageddon, government tyranny, national bankruptcy, the death of the U.S. dollar and Euro, the destruction of the middle class and the end of freedom.

The DVD box set offers families hundreds of actionable tips so they can learn how to buy precious metals, diversify their portfolios, protect themselves from economic crisis and martial law, get off the grid, fight the new world order and globalism, and protect the middle class.

From the left wing and the right wing, to the moderate and the radical, "The Fall of America and the Western World" DVD survival guide features exclusive interviews with New York Times best-selling author, Naomi Wolf; the father of Reaganomics, Doctor Paul Craig Roberts; Douglas Casey, author of the world's most successful financial book in history, "Crisis Investing" (1979); Lecturer and Journalist David Icke; Doug McIntyre, KABC radio host and regular contributor to the "Lou Dobbs Show"; Mark Crispin Miller, professor of media studies at New York University; Authors Mickey Z and G. Edward Griffin; Biblical Scholar and Activist Ken Klein; best-selling author of "Taking America Back," Joseph Farah, founder, editor and chief executive officer of WorldNetDaily.com, the world's leading independent Internet news source; and others.

"September 11th 2001 was just the tip of the iceberg according to my research and interviews with these prominent people," said Kraft who wrote, directed and was one of the film's producers along with Robert DiNozzi who produced "Flight Plan" with Jodi Foster, and James Petulla, founder and chief executive officer of the Entertainment Career Connection, Inc. "All of the guests featured in the documentary offer candid perspectives on why America and the Western world are headed for collapse and what we can all do now to protect ourselves from the forthcoming devastation. The guests were chosen because they offer the most bi-partisan, no nonsense, non-biased, and intelligent perspectives."

"To me what is most interesting and relevant in today's world is the fact that finally, liberals, moderates and radicals are in agreement. Agreeing on what? Agreeing that America is in serious trouble, headed for national bankruptcy, hyper inflation and an Orwellian nightmare. Maybe it is time that we listen."

Mark Crispin Miller, professor of media studies at New York University said, "The real world around us is falling apart, the economy is shattering, we're in desperate straits economically; it is not working, our military is broken, the infrastructure is falling apart... our health care system, the hospitals, are in terrible disrepair... the food supply is suffused with poison... it's a real mess... the political system is a joke. All this is going on and it's a revolutionary situation."

"You don't know what's ahead," said New York Times best-selling author, Naomi Wolf, while Doctor Paul Craig Roberts said, "It's more serious in its possible consequences than the Great Depression."

David McAlvany, president of McAlvany Financial Group said, "The average American doesn't even know these things are happening... shame on him, he needs to get educated."

Two years in the making, the film commenced principle photography a full nine months before September 2008 -- the month the housing market bubble burst and the U.S. economy crumbled. While the recession and depression news was no cause for celebration, it did confirm what the filmmakers, despite skepticism from family and friends, had suspected when they began.

The film's producers believe the days ahead will be challenging. "To be sure, we will see things that we never thought possible: more bank failures, food lines and hyper inflation; job losses, government bankruptcy, rioting and martial law; police state; more wars to grab resources; less middle class; and more, much more, chaos. That said we are only victims if we allow ourselves to become victims. We only live in fear if we let fear live," said Kraft.

This film's mission, therefore, is not to stoke fear but to empower, embolden and protect not just Americans and Europeans but We the People -- wherever we may live.

Brian Kraft is the chief operating officer and a film mentor at The Entertainment Career Connection, Inc. He started as a driver to legendary underground Filmmaker Julian Temple ("Earth Girls Are Easy" and "The Future is Unwritten") at Nitrate Films where he met the late great music video director D.J. Webster (Amy Grant, The Beach Boys). Webster took Kraft under his wing and mentored him in the art of directing and producing. After Webster's passing, Kraft went on to direct live concerts for Jane's Addiction, Cypress Hill, and Ozomatli. Kraft directed the feature film "The Brandon Corey Story," and "The Fall of America and the Western World" is his third documentary film.

Kraft is not a liberal, conservative or moderate but a free man. He is a U.S. citizen, student of the U.S. Constitution, and an admirer of the views expressed in the following books: "Revolution" by Ron Paul, "Ishmael" by Daniel Quinn, and "The Power of Now" by Eckhart Tolle. He is a great admirer of founding father Thomas Jefferson and is a student of U.S. History. He is obsessed with baseball, basketball, and good barbecue. He is currently working to attain his PHD in psychology.

Producer James Petulla is also the founder and chief executive officer of The Entertainment Career Connection, Inc. His feature film "Reversal" won best film at Robert DeNiro's IndieVision Tribeca Film Festival as well as "Best Film" at the Malibu Film Festival. It also won a DOVE Family Award. Set around the sport of high school wrestling, the movie is a family film that highlights the effectiveness of a father and son or mentor/apprentice relationship when it comes to sports. The film was praised and given two thumbs up by gold medalists Carl Lewis, Shannon Miller, and Kendall Cross. He has two sons and is raising them in California, along with their dogs Fred and Beatty.

First-hand knowledge about the film business gave Kraft and team the ability to create one hundred percent original content for "The Fall of America and the Western World" with the some of the world's most prominent writers, intellectuals, scholars, economists, professors and journalists representing perspectives from both sides of the political aisle.

"The Entertainment Connection programs are amazing. From day one they put you in a real film company, radio station or recording studio where you are privately tutored in a structured curriculum by a working professional in that company. No more teachers, oversized classrooms or tuition debt," said DiNozzi.
