So we go back to why Hamas been made the bad guy. And the reason is simple. They did not agree to giving over 98% yes 98% of their country, to the Israelis. The Oslo agreement, "gave" to the Palestinians only the Gaza and the town of Jericho on the West Bank. And that was why the Islamic Resistance Movement rejected the so-called Oslo Peace Accords.

Now Arafat, who did sign this "agreement" wound up being bombed by the Israelis and having the entire Muka'ta, or his presidential house reduced to rubble by an Israeli missile. So, the message is --be careful who you sign peace agreements with.

One of the tricks that the Israelis use, as far as negotiating goes, is to postpone everything to Final Status Negotiations.

They postponed the status of Jerusalem to final status negotiations until they have taken it over completely.

They have postponed negotiation on water until they have taken over 78% of the water for Jerusalem and 85% of the water on the West Bank.

They have postponed the negotiation on the rights of refugees to return until the Israelis now control, not only 80% of the original Palestinian Mandate, but half of the land on the West Bank that is under the control of settlements.

And of course, they have postponed any negotiations on land, until they now have under their control, the entire West Bank, and not only under their control but under absolute military control.

The game is to offer the Palestinians absolutely nothing as they did in the original Oslo agreement. When the Israelis allowed the Palestinians autonomy over Gaza and Jericho, which amounted to 2% of original Palestine, no government in its right mind would have accepted. Of course, the Palestinians can neither, militarily overcome them as they have no army, nor can they don't out negotiate them with number 2 pencils and ,seemingly, the entire world community on the side of the Israelis.

Now were getting a few little bleats about Gaza. But what will come of it? Nothing, of course.
