Charlie Sheen arrested, says TMZ

In this mugshot provided by the Aspen Police Department on Friday, Charlie Sheen has been arrested in Aspen, Colo. on charges related to an alleged case of domestic violence. Authorities said Sheen was arrested Friday on charges of second-degree assault as well as menacing, both felonies, and criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.

The gossip web site TMZ says that actor Charlie Sheen was arrested today in Aspen, Colorado for an alleged domestic violence incident and is being held in jail without bond.
The site says that authorities responded after a 911 distress call was made this morning at 8:34 AM. When police arrived, the 44 year-old TV and film star was arrested for felony second degree assault, felony menacing and criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.
According to TMZ, police say all three charges are "coupled with a domestic violence component."
TMZ says that the the alleged victim is Sheen's wife, Brooke Mueller. Stan Rosenfield, Sheen's publicist says, "Do not be mislead by appearance. Appearance and reality can be as different as night and day. It would benefit everyone not to jump to any conclusion."
Also, an ambulance arrived on scene, but Mueller was not transported.
The site says that Sheen will stay in the Pitkin County Jail until he appears before a judge -- his court date has not been set.

Sheen was certainly a bad choice, but AJ is 'starstruck'....He wants to be on the 'A' List.
Charlie has had a long history, of cocaine, sex with porn stars, and prostitutes.
