Michael Scheuer talked about the latest on the attempted Christmas Day terrorist attack on Northwest flight 253, new security procedures, Al Qaeda in Yemen, the recent killings of CIA employees in Afghanistan, and other topics. He also responded to telephone calls and electronic communications.

They're willing to spend the last drop of American blood and treasure to get their way in the world. They have way too much power in this country. C-SPAN host: Any comment on that?

Scheuer: Yeah. I think that American foreign policy is ultimately up to the American people. One of the big things we have not been able to discuss for the past 30 years is the Israelis. Whether we want to be involved in fighting Israel's wars in the future is something that Americans should be able to talk about. They may vote yes. They may want to see their kids killed in Iraq or somewhere else to defend Israel. But the question is: we need to talk about it. Ultimately Israel is a country that is of no particular worth the United States.

C-SPAN host: You mean strategically?

Scheuer: Strategically. They have no resources we need. Their manpower is minimal. Their association with us is a negative for the United States. Now that's a fact. What you want to do about that fact is entirely different. But for anyone to stand up in the United States and say that support for Israel doesn't hurt us in the Muslim world is to just defy reality.

I know the feeling, but imagine how I would feel about meeting someone like you back in 1993(as you were then) when I first became FULLY aware( not just average pessimism that most of us had threw our lives, but aware right up to the lies of the holocaust and beyond). Just because some private person doesn't go all the way publicly doesn't mean they're controlled opposition. Scheuer is not a radio host, nor a TV host nor a journalist. Fact is, he wouldn't be able to say even this much on TV if he went all out. And he doesn't even claim to know it all so just because someone doesn't go "all the way" (whatever that means) doesn't really mean they're agents. Accusing people of being agents without any credible proof just hurts our mission.

Lindsey, spitting in everyone's face is not a way to get ahead in life. Just because someone doesn't say everything YOU THINK is important doesn't mean they're bought or work for someone or are trying to fool you. Scheuer has been saying more on this issue than any other recent ex-CIA guy I know (McGovern has been saying more of course). He's definitely a good guy in my book!

The likes of Alex Jonestein and other "inside job" assholes are trying to poison our country by saying that everyone who's in the government or intelligence agency is bad. That is patently false! Gov is full of good people who know what's going on but can't do much because the leadership is all Zio-owned. And the recent treatment and prosecution of whistleblowers clearly tells them that they'll be destroyed if they speak out. if they speak out, they know they'll face criminal prosecution, will be villified in Zionist owned media, will lose the small salary that they have, their family will be homeless and will end up in jail and will be unemployable. Speaking out for them means just immeasurable pain and zero benefit. They're all waiting for the climate to change. Do not fall for the tactics of those who say that everyone at CIA/NSA/FBI is bad or bought by Zionists!

I think I may be in agreement with Lindsey here, although it seems like a bit of a pick your poison between Sheuer and the inside job crowd. With Scheuer you get Osama bin Laden did 9/11 but the US-Israel relationship is no good for America (at least he talks about it) and then with the mainline inside job crowd, Osama didn't do 9/11 but they would rather eat shit and die before they risk being called an anti-Semite and talk about the US-Israel relationship.
