It's gotta be a rough life being an outer party member. They never know what they should be censoring publicly because of the incongruities which will exist later when they are selected for certain roles. But the media should help gloss over, or create some sort of other drama to distract the mindless masses as Zbigniew Brzezinski calls them (maybe he's right..)
