From my understanding, which is limited, the Scandinavian countries are some of the best countries to live in (many of the best social services), but also highly controlled in some aspects.  Take the good with the bad eh...

until now all I've heard about sweden was good.socialism is a form of communism but they didn't kill millions of people or invade other countries.they were #1 on the happiest index.they were sure doing alot better then the US. and most countries have a form of socialism(i.e. social security,welfare,unemployment insurance,farm subsidies.....)and they don't have all the fundamentalist christian assholes who try to shove their religion down everyones throat.
