There is no doubt this wasn't pre-meditated murder. The commandos were carrying a hit list according to one survivor.  Two cowards kicking and beating him while he is down, then shooting him four times in the head execution style.  Furkan may have been misidentified as one on their hit list, and if there was any doubt they sure would not care anyway.  

Israel teaches genocide to their military of any non Jew to be considered legal according to Jew law.  It is only not legal to kill another Jew.
