yeah you write like a nutter. Ah, it's usually the nutters that break free first, but then they make very little sense, either.

Heal yourself. I suggest working your way up from a few drops to 1/2ml of 10% iodine solution (Lugols) per day, going to 1ml after two weeks, in the morning on an empty stomach flushed down with water. It depends on your existing toxic load what your body can tolerate. The toxic feelings or weird side effects are not the iodine going in, it's the toxins coming out!
That will de-crust your pineal gland, and kick out the kind of toxins which interfere with organ (including brain) and thyroid function. You'll stop being a dopey dipshit or a raving nutter in a few weeks, and it gets better from there.

You'll be on it for awhile, so get a liter. 25 bucks for a liter of half-strength if you've got a buddy with a company who can order it from spectrum. Otherwise outside of 'USA' you can get it directly from the local chemistry supply, and it costs about double if it's from the pharmacy.
