A new report prepared for Prime Minister Putin by Russia's foreign military intelligence directorate (GRU) states that a former top United States Senator, Ted Stevens, was assassinated this week after he attempted to gather evidence "proving" that President Obama has unleashed America's devastating "weather weapons" against the World.

As we had previously reported on in our  reports titled "PakistanFlood: HAARP Used in Pakistan?" and "Russia Burns, China Drowns: US To Blame?" Russian research scientist Dr. Andrey Areshev has joined the ranks of International scientists and experts stating their belief that the extreme weather chaos currently battering our Planet is being caused by the Tesla technology based weapons systems directed from Alaska's High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, otherwise known as HAARP.

Now according to this GRU report, Senator Stevens was approached less than a fortnight ago by his longtime friend and Alaskan bush pilot Theron "Terry" Smith whose son-in-law, Alaskan Air National Guard Major Aaron W. Malone, was killed on July 28th after having his C-17 US Military aircraft "targeted" by a HAARP "Tesla Beam" while in the air over Anchorage, Alaska causing it to crash and explode upon impact killing all aboard. [Note: The Russian translation for "targeted" as used in this report does not assign HAARP blame as it includes an "accidental" verb component.]

Upon Senator Stevens beginning his investigation into HAARP's causing the crash of the Major Malone's C-17, this report continues, he enlisted the aid of two powerful Washington power brokers, oil fortune heir William "Bill" Phillips Sr. and former NASA administrator Sean O'Keefe.

Phillips was a longtime ally and supporter of Senator Stevens and as the heir to the Phillips Petroleum fortune is said in these reports to have in the past used his vast fortune to privately finance US intelligence "activities" to support his countries efforts to gain access to Global oil reserves.

Phillips had long warned Americans that the United States does not have any big oil companies. And it's true: the largest American oil company, Exxon Mobil, is only the 14th largest in the World and is dwarfed by the really big oil companies — all owned by foreign governments or government- sponsored monopolies — that dominate the World's oil supply.

With 94% of the World's oil supply locked up by foreign governments, most of which are hostile to the United States, the relatively puny American oil companies do not have access to enough crude oil to significantly affect the market and help bring prices down. Thus, ExxonMobil, a "small" oil company, buys 90% of the crude oil that it refines for the US market from the big players, i.e., mostly-hostile foreign governments.

O'Keefe was the former administrator for the Untied States space agency NASA from 2001-2005, and whose reign included the Space Shuttle Columbia disaster that occurred on February 1, 2003, when upon its reentry into Earth's atmosphere disintegrated over Texas, and which this report says O'Keefe "always" blamed on HAARP because at the exact time of this tragedy it had begun transmitting in what is called "deep sea communication mode".

[Note: During the "Navy Deep-Sea Communication" operational mode, the shortwave radio pulses are all, with military precision, exactly 6.25 seconds long with either exactly 15 or 30 second spaces between pulses. Those long and short binary spaces in between the pulses are actually the coded message. Something like the dits and dahs of very slow Morse code. In this mode, the power is usually at maximum. Unlike the research mode, which mostly runs at night, the US Navy communication mode can be at any time of the day or night, any month of the year. The transmissions may run continuously for about 10 to 30 hours, or from one to several days.

Following the 9-11 World Trade Center attack, and just minutes after the President declared the highest Defense Condition Four (DefCon4), HAARP began transmitting at highest power for 18 hours in "deep-sea communication" mode. This is the only way to communicate the DefCon4 condition and updated battle commands to the US nuclear submarines on station miles deep in the ocean.]

The various transmission ranges of HAARP are important to note, this report says, as "immediately prior" to Senator Stevens plane going down Russian satellites orbiting over the Arctic detected a "powerful" 3.39 megahertz signal emanating from HAARP's Copper Valley Area, Gakona, Alaska base and "directed" over the region this tragedy occurred in.

According to US news reports Phillips was killed in this crash [photo above] and O'Keefe is in hospital in critical condition, and with Senator Stevens being killed also means their investigation into HAARP has died along with them.

To the chaos erupting all over the World as the result of Obama's allowing the use of these catastrophic HAARP "weather weapons" it can only be described as being "biblical" in the apocalyptic destruction it is causing, and which includes:

    * The greatest heatwave and destructive fires Russia has experienced in over 1,000 years.
    * The greatest flooding Central Europe has experienced in over 800 years.
    * Flooding in Pakistan so epic the United Nations has named this megadisaster as being worse than the 2004 tsunami that shattered the Indian Ocean basin.
    * Flooding so catastrophic in China the death toll is soaring into the thousands.
    * A heatwave so terrible in Japan it has caused its hospitals to be flooded with over 21,000 heatstroke victims.
    * A heatwave of unprecedented proportions that has gripped the eastern and southern parts of the United States this summer and shows no signs of abating.
    * Temperatures so low in the western United States that farmers in California are now reporting their fruits and vegetables are being destroyed.
    * A catastrophic drought hitting Africa that has put over 10 million people in immediate danger of starvation death.
    * A catastrophic winter occurring in South America that has killed in Bolivia alone between 3-6 million fish and thousands of cattle in Brazil, and hundreds of people.

To what is linking these Global weather catastrophes we can read as reported by Britain's Channel 4 News science correspondent Tom Clarke who in his video report titled "Turbo-Charged Monsoon Confounds Forecasters" states:

"Normally the jet stream is a giant loop of high speed winds that whip round the upper atmosphere. The jet stream isn't involved in day to day weather – it's too high up – but because it pushes the atmosphere around it's very important in steering large scale weather patterns below.

The stream has split in two. One arm has gone north, another south. The patch in the middle is Russia's drought. A circulating pattern of air has been sitting over Russia for far longer than normal, causing the extreme temperatures and wildfires they've had there.

But what's happening over Pakistan is even stranger. The southern arm of the Jet stream has looped down so far it has crossed over the Himalayas into north western Pakistan. Experts at the Met Office tell me this is very unusual.

And the result is that the fast moving jets stream winds high up has helped suck the warm, wet, monsoon air even faster and higher into the atmosphere – and that has caused rains like no-one can remember. It has turbo charged the monsoon if you like. They're not sure that's ever happened before."

To HAARP's ability to affect our Earth's jet streams we can further read from a report prepared in the 1990's by the US Air Force and which, in part, states:

"HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program), being constructed for the Air Force and Navy by an ARCO subsidiary, is such a project. Touted as scientific research, HAARP is a thinly disguised project to "perturb" the ionosphere with extremely powerful beams of energy to see what military uses it can serve. According to the HAARP RFP, these energy beams will be used to "control ionospheric processes in such a way as to greatly enhance the performance of C3 systems (or, to deny accessibility to an adversary)." That sounds like a weapon to this writer. Other such projects go by the code names BIME, RED AIR, CRRES, EXCEDE, CHARGE IV, WISP, ACTIVE, HIPAS, RADC, AIM, etc..

Nuclear bombs exploded in high altitude tests in the late fifties and early sixties by both the U.S.S.R. and the U.S. caused weather and jet stream changes that lasted almost 20 years. Do the HAARP heaters offer the same potential as they "perturb" the ionosphere? The ionosphere is home to many beneficial natural phenomena among them filtering the sun's harmful rays and reflecting radio waves used for communications. Although not totally understood, the ionosphere also directly effects the weather systems and the jet streams."

To the reasons for Obama unleashing of HAARP weapons upon our World we had touched on in our reports "Pakistan Flood: HAARP Used in Pakistan?" and "Russia Burns, China Drowns: US To Blame?" and though not conclusive contains:

    * The catastrophic flooding in China and apocalyptic heat and fires in Russia put both of these US enemies in the position of having to ask the Americans for food aid as their summer crops are being destroyed on an unprecedented basis.
    * The epic flooding occurring in Pakistan is effectively destroying that Nations ability to both feed and defend itself and whom Obama has labeled as one of the Americans number one enemies.
    * The devastating heat occurring in the United States will enable Obama to push through the US Congress a "Global Warming" tax agenda many believe will be the "final nail" needed to destroy the United States as a major World Power.

This is very interesting indeed. I did not even know about the rains and flooding in Pakistan for a good ten days. I have been on personal media blackout for awhile. But, still you would think I would hear of this even when tuning in to sports radio, and the limited radio I do tune into as of late.

Either way, when first I heard of this devastating flooding, my first thought was that either weather may have been created, or sewer systems sabotaged, or both. Ironic that when they are talking about going after Pakistan, all of a sudden it becomes incapacitated.

Now this story puts a whole new level of intrigue on to the immediate situation.

Looks to me that India is going to be headquarters on one side, a bookend if you will, and Israel will be the other bookend. And this scum will not rest until they have everything in between and take away Pakistan's nukes.

I would like people to note that the Soviets had the Tesla atmospheric systems in place back in the 50's. It was associated with what radio operators, in a certain band, called the wood pecker signal. They have had this technology in place far longer and could damn well be the ones using it on the public.

Dust devils may pose a threat by themselves, but they are also a symptom of a bigger problem - atmospheric turbulence. During the Martian day, sunlight heats the surface of Mars, which heats the air near the surface and makes it rise. Rising columns of air can knock a spacecraft off course in the same way they jolt an airplane in flight here on Earth. "When astronauts are trying to land on or takeoff from Mars, they will want to know the atmospheric conditions as accurately as possible. An instrument based on our LIDAR system will tell them," said Farrell.

This eye toward future Mars exploration is what is driving the team's research. "By observing dust devils here on Earth, we hope to get detailed requirements for an instrument that will measure them on Mars. This will give us a lot more data on Martian dust devils, so we can accurately estimate how much of a problem they will be for human explorers," said Bos.

Electrical Discharges inside Tornados

Any farmer from America's "tornado alley (Oklahoma and Kansas, primarily)" will testify to the extreme violence of a tornado vortex.

Tornados are associated with electrical storms. Scientists have been arguing for years as to whether storm electricity helps spawn tornados and whether electrical effects are important attributes of the funnels. The first eyewitness account is descriptive of obvious electrical activity inside a funnel. The second bit of testimony is even more interesting since it describes long vertical light columns (like "neon tubes) associated with tornado funnels. The tubes tie in with occasional observations of aurora-like columns above distant thunderstorms.

A farmer living near Greensburg, Kansas on 22 June 1928 had the rare "privilege" of looking right up into a tornado funnel while standing at the entrance of his cyclone cellar.

"As I paused to look I saw that the lower end, which had been sweeping the ground, was beginning to rise. I knew what that meant, so I kept my position. I knew that I was comparatively safe and I knew that if the tornado again dipped I could drop down and close the door before any harm could be done.

"At last the great shaggy end of the funnel hung directly overhead. Everything was as still as death. There was a strong gassy odor and it seemed that I could not breathe. There was a screaming, hissing sound coming directly from the end of the funnel.

"I looked up and to my astonishment I saw right up into the heart of the tornado!

"There was a circular opening in the center of the funnel, about 50 or 100 feet in diameter, and extending straight upward for a distance of at least 1&Mac218;2 mile, as best I could judge under the circumstances. The walls of this opening were of rotating clouds and the whole was made brilliantly visible by constant flashes of lightning which zigzagged from side to side." (Monthly Weather Review, 58: 205, 1930)

The 25 May 1955 tornado at Blackwell, Oklahoma, was a particularly strong tornado. Lee Hunter saw the light-column effect vividly.

"The funnel from the cloud to the ground was lit up. It was a steady, deep blue light - very bright. It had an orange color fire in the centre from the cloud to the ground. As it came along my field, it took a swath about 100 yards wide. As it swung from left to right, it looked like a giant neon tube in the air or a Bagman at a railroad crossing. As it swung along the ground level, the orange fire or electricity would gush out from the bottom of the funnel, and the updraft would take it up in the air causing a terrific light - and it was gone!" (Journal of Meteorology, 14:284, 1957)

II.4. Mechanism of tornado The absence of answers in the limits of traditional conception sets us to turn to  a new conception of tornado.
The numerous evidences of the association tornado with ball lightning, which is according to our conception nothing else as a defect of the physical vacuum, allow to  attract the same model of a polarisation medium for an explanation of tornado. In this case a spin polarisation will play the greatest role among all possible polarisation properties of a physical vacuum.

    In this connection let us recall  the experiment of Einstein-de-Haas where  rotation of a  ferromagnetic placed in a constant magnetic field was demonstrated. This effect is explained by the fact that spins of a ferromagnetic initially oriented in an arbitrary way, under the action of a magnetic field have obtained a  primary orientation in a field direction. And if in an initial state  a  summary momentum of all spins  equaled to zero then in a magnetic field  it  had some non-zero value. According to the momentum theorem this leads to the rotation of a crystalline lattice in a direction opposite to spins. Beyond that point the inner moments of spins cause tangential stresses generating the torsional deformation of a ferromagnetic.

 It is interesting to note that in this experiment the microscopic processes which are studied only by the quantum mechanics manifested themselves in a macroscopic process.

    This well known effect didn't draw attention of neither physicists nor  technicians for the reason that the torsion stresses are very small. A completely different  situation obtains when a medium is a vacuum domain. According to our model a parent cloud of tornado beside its observable part has an unobservable part in the form of a vacuum domain. Under a joint action of gravitational and electrical field, which in a  storm-cloud achieves a value in a hundreds of millions of volts, thin long vacuum domains  with high density of defects are being stretched out from a domain. Spin polarisation of such a domain causes the rotation of a tornado's funnel. The calculations made by V.L.Dyatlov as applied to a vacuum with 100% defect density show that tangential stresses can achieve in it  hundreds of kilograms per centimeter [11].

In the air when a funnel doesn't touch solid objects, unstable momentum is compensated by the rotation of a funnel and the air connected  with this funnel. And in a solid body these momenta cause the large tangential stresses which are sufficient for cutting off the wheels of a car or for turning a brick church from the west to the east.

    A positive mass localized on a lower end of a funnel explains a fast extension of a funnel and a subsequent blow against the surface of the earth or water.

    A vacuum domain as well as a vacuum doesn't have the conductivity of  self-gravitational current, it doesn't possess  a free gravitational charges. Therefore while touching the surface only the surface gravitational charges go in the ground. At that a funnel is detached from the ground. Whereupon the process of polarisation again extends  a funnel and it again touches the ground. In such a way it may be explained an observable dotted contact of a funnel with the earth.

The energy source as in the experiment of Einstein-de-Haas  is  energy of the magnetic field, in this case -  energy of the polarisation. Thus a gravitational energy is transformed into a spin energy.

    A cloud always rises through a height of 20 km above a funnel of tornado. Since an upper boundary of  the troposphere passing in a middle latitudes at a height of 10-11 km confines all thermobaric processes in the atmosphere, a manifestation of tornado at such a height can't have a meteorological explanation, but it can have a gravidynamical explanation. A stretched and strongly polarized vacuum domain contains at its upper end a large positive mass and positive electrical charge. And  both charges repel from the earth and rushes together with the air outside the troposphere. The entrapped moisture makes a domain visible.

    The most widespread and the most inexplicable manifestation of tornado as a picking of  solid objects by soft ones

(straws pick  boards, chips pick trunks, a board penetrates a wall of a house, a thick steel plate) also can be explained by the accepted model, see Figure 5.



 Under the action of the gravitational field of the Earth a gravitational charge is accumulated on the thin ends of different objects. It rushes to the gravitational charge created by the Earth on the surface of a house or  tree. The charge density at some concentration of defects can be sufficient for a puncturing the firm objects. A charge carrier is carried along in a made aperture. It's solidity  doesn't play any role.

By the same mechanism may be explained the fact why a maple leafe was found to be pressed in a hard stucco. If one could set a laboratory experiment for the demonstration of gravitational charges, one can't  invent the better way of manifestation of their effect than in this experiment.

    The probability that  a board by its end hits  a palm trunk is very small but howerever it differs from zero, but the probability that all boards pick  palms in such a way that a palm is always in the middle of a board equals to zero.

But if to accept that an equipotential of a gravitational field passes along a palm, then a hit of a board in a palm and a stop of a board just in its middle  becomes no longer accidental.

    The positive gravitational charges originating on the lower surface of a parent cloud allow to keep and to transport not only silver coins and Amphibia but also large masses of water extracted from reservoirs.

    The gravitational polarisation of a tornado's column allows to explain why fast rotated bricks from the destroyed school were stacked  in a high hillock in a center of the area formed by a school foundation.

            The positive gravitational charges originated on the lower end of a column cause the same polarisation on the earth surface, in this particular case -  in the  foundation of the school. The attraction of these charges  has compensated a centrifugal force and gathered all bricks in a center of a column.

Judy Wood is completely untrustworthy. I just spent the last 10 minutes trying to find a link to the youtube video with Dr. Greg Jenkins interviewing Dr. Judy Wood. I can't even find the video now but there's a ton of heavily edited videos of the original defending judy wood in a deceptive manner. Those two facts should send a very clear message about who's a spook.

Here's the main problem with her entire commentary. Her commentary is based upon assumptions which she poses as facts. Why should we assume that all of those cars should have tumbled? Clearly we don't know what occurred in the scene, so if we don't know what happened why would we assumed all 3 should tumble? Where is her PROOF supporting her ASSUMPTION that the car had BLOWN in from elsewhere? This photo is from one angle, we have no clue what damage isn't displayed in these pictures. Hurricanes have huge water surges. Is there something that she knows that we don't which eliminates the possibility that a water surge lifted and flipped the middle car, while only lifting up with out flipping the other cars? If you look at those whites poles in between the cars, they are poles which once held a typically metal roof. These cars were all under a car port. How do we know there weren't multiple surges and in between the surges the front of the one car dipped low enough that the rear was pushed over it in the next surge.

Here's another thought. How do we know the two cars that are upright were in those spots when what ever happened to flip the other car happened? We don't know that. It's entirely possible that the damage seen on the two unflipped cars occurred some where else during the storm.

Why would wood damage asphalt? I don't understand why she thinks it would?

This woman is a snake in the grass and not to be trusted. If I could have found her interview with Gregg Jenkins with out all the blasted editing, which was done to attack him and hide her miserable and telling interview, then I would post it.

It should not in any way be assumed that humans have a 100% comprehension of natural events around them. I've been studying tornado's for some time. It's clear they occur in areas where you don't extreme hot and cold air differences. If you look on youtube you can see tornado's happening in places like manitoba in canada. I'm personally of the opinion that these vortexes  are a result of aether in rushes. You can see electrical activity around many of these tornado's which indicates clearly the rarification of the air in between. The energy driving vortexes such as whirlpools and tornados and hurricanes and ultimately black holes, is the aether. It is finer than air, or water, but what we perceive, in motion, is water,or air that has so many particulates in it that we are permitted to perceive the motion. The aether permeates everything and hence no atmosphere is required for the swirling effects.

Actually I think Dr. Judy Wood is kind of interesting Jai Mann.  Don't trust her if you don't want to... but I find some of her photos on her website Extremely Strange in the larger picture.

 Like just how did those 9/11 photos with the Fire Engine melted through come about?  Like I said, interesting physics that don't get mentioned by many other 9/11 truth sites or even "explained" for that matter.  I think Thermite was used but maybe a DEW as well since things did get "dusted" as she points out.  Not a lot of building was left at the twin towers and people didn't die in massive burning "clouds of dust" with bits of thermite-thermate as they ran down streets.  She actually has given several interviews on several shows-- and her message has been fairly consistent.   I don't see really what she has to gain in pushing her beliefs... in fact she likely has lost a lot by promoting this. And I don't see a bunch of Jew types hovering around her in the background as far as I know.   I think she is the third-rail for Jews-A.J. Israeli 9/11 deniers.

What is most disconcerting is if the J-Tribe and their puppets in Black Ops have a weapon of this magnitude.  

So, consider now that we do have another Hurricane, Earl,  snaking up East coast which may hit in early Sept. Keep an eye open if they use a DEW,  with this massive Hurricane which can provide sympathetic ElectroStatics in the air -- and it all gets blamed on Iran this time around.

The Tornado theory is interesting since other Planets have tornadoes but very little of the dynamic atmosphere of the Earth. Large air bodies can form vortexes but these rapidly moving bodies can also charge the atmosphere or particles flying in their maelstroms. What is most interesting is that there isn't a definitive explanation for what causes interplanetary tornadoes. Or pieces of "straw" stuck through 2x4 boards -- which I've seen personally for that matter.

Here's one "weird" phenomenon. If it was only "thermite" or just "an internal collapse" there probably should be a lot of toilets and pieces of toilets in the rubble:

The WTC towers were over 1/4 mile tall. Because of the enormous head as well as the problem of line siphoning, water is pumped in stages to intermediate tanks, then pumped from the intermediate tank to higher floors. Therefore, there were many water tanks in the TWC building as well as pumping systems.

To conserve water, many businesses and households use "turbo toilets."

To reduce the amount of water that must be pumped up in the building, it is likely they would have had a lot of "turbo toilets." These greatly reduce the water needed as well as having extra robust flushing power that keeps the toilet clean.

For single-tank fixtures, water is pressurized with air in a pressure vessel that is installed within a normal-looking tank. The pressure system for multiple-fixture restrooms would have a larger tank that would serve multiple fixtures like those shown above.

Actually I think Dr. Judy Wood is kind of interesting Jai Mann.  Don't trust her if you don't want to... but I find some of her photos on her website Extremely Strange in the larger picture.

The problem is, as I tried to point out, she is creating the context in your mind. Those engines were no doubt close to the towers and the excess thermate melted it. The firefighters said there were molten pools of steels in the subway area for months. Those cars under the freeway were moved there. That photo has popped up so many times. All of those things are easily explainable with out exotic weaponry being involved.

The handle on the cop car could have come off after the entire incident during removal and cleanup. There's way WAY too much being inferred from those photos to go from them, as evidence, to a conclusion of scalar weapons. Where is the evidence demonstrating the effects of a scalar weapons upon a non-biological entity? There's absolutely nothing. It's pure and utter speculation to assume that what is seen is what scalar weapons would do. Explosions create dust. Those clouds you saw were the result of reacted thermate. You only get the reaction when the required elements come into contact and as the volume of space increases, in which the particulate elements, responsible for the reaction, reside, they move away from each other. In all likelihood, there would probably be only a few cubic feet at the initiation of the reaction, after that it's all spreading out exponentially across a massive space.

Just because you can't see where some one might gain, doesn't mean that the gain is not there. Neither one of us has access to all of her bank accounts. Who knows if she's being paid?

I don't see how a generated hurricane could be blamed on Iran? I could see staged dirty nukes from some of the material the jews have stolen from reactors around the globe. I don't think they'd want the public to know about the capacity for weather weapons. It's showing part of their hand that permits extreme plausible deniability.

I just located a copy of the interview between Jenkins and Wood. Of course some asshole has gone and planted seeds in the viewers mind by inserting at the beginning narrated video of stills and video. They are very carefully framing certain facts to help bolster her argument which is shown after that. For instance, they try to make it sound as if the smoke coming off the tower which didn't collapse, should have wafted in different directions as the other tower fell. But why should it if the air, as can be seen in the view, is flowing radially out and away from the building?

Well... in this photo she says that it is on 9/11. Do you believe her?  These photos are from Firefighters, basically they are hard to fake with thermite... if thermite fell on this truck then wouldn't the tires have blown out?  I'm not saying Thermite-Thermate wasn't pre-planted and used, I'm just saying the "physics" involved are difficult to explain if this is truly a "Same day" photo. I think the J-Tribe and J-Puppet criminals that pulled off 9/11 used something like an "Ark of the Covenant" weapon as the master trick. That's why the idiots running the cameras seemed so sure of themselves during the attack and in follow up. They were collectively ticking off the successful stages of the plan. They all seemed to know it was already a done deal IMHO. The towers fell without thousands of burned up people in the streets from massive pyroclastic clouds of thermite-thermate rolling down streets from the explosions. Birkeland was the good guy in a 50-year dispute involving the idea that electrons streaming along magnetic field lines caused the Earth's auroras. His opponent was the astronomer Sydney Chapman who maintained that the Earth moved through a vacuum. In 1974 space probes found in Birkeland's favour. Chapman and others then promptly made space plasma superconducting, which relieved them from the complications of dealing with electric fields. Birkeland actually demonstrated his theory long before in an experiment called a "terrella." It consisted of an electromagnet contained within a sphere and placed in a large vacuum chamber. By initiating an electric discharge in the chamber he was able to reproduce a light show with many of the odd features of auroras. The importance of this simple experiment cannot be overstated because it demonstrates that aurorae and lightning seem to require an electrical power source external to the Earth! That would explain the puzzle raised by Bering: "The charge that produces sprites is not below in the cloud, it's in the mesosphere itself."

The Electric Universe model suggests that the Earth plays a cathode role in the Sun's discharge and therefore is in the business of supplying negative electrons to space and receiving positive ions from the solar wind. It is interesting therefore that the presence of solar wind ions inside the earth's magnetosphere has puzzled scientists. Thunderstorms are not electricity generators, they are passive elements in an interplanetary circuit, like a self-repairing leaky condenser. The energy stored in the cloud "condenser" is released as lightning when it short-circuits. The short-circuits can occur either within the cloud or across the external resistive paths to Earth or the ionosphere. The charge across the cloud "condenser" gives rise to violent vertical electrical winds within the cloud, not vice versa. By creating a short-circuit to high altitudes in the storm the lightning effectively "throws the switch" connected to the glow discharge "tube" in the upper atmosphere. It then makes perfect sense that the much taller positive cloud-to-ground discharge will be more effective at providing power to the glow discharge than will low-level negative cloud-to-ground lightning because the circuit resistance is lower. Ultimately, lightning on Earth is driven by electric power focused on the Sun but minutely intercepted by the Earth. So lightning on Earth is a pale imitation of what is happening on the Sun.

It is not surprising, therefore, that it took a man who was an electrical researcher, astronomer, and expert on the effects of lightning, Dr. Charles E. R. Bruce of the Electrical Research Association in England, to recognize the fact. That was in 1941! Such is the inertia of science.

If Dr. Wood is a spook as you claim, then why did she file federal cases against the corporations which had massive conflict-of-interest relationships with NIST, the group these corporations hired to do the 9/11 "investigations"? Her Qui-Tam federal case was successfully appealed all the way to the level of the U.S. Supreme Court in October 2009, so why are you claiming Dr. Wood is a spook, but you do not at all mention Dr. Steven Jones, who has still not filed his 'peer-reviewed' scientific nano-thermite study with a court of law to this very day?

Also, why must you remind us that Greg Jenkins claims the Twin Towers fell into a HUGE rubble pile and that none of it turned to dust?  Also, Jenkins claims it would take more 5 times the worlds output of energy (whatever that means) to destroy the towers.  So, why aren't they still there?  But most of all, vandalizing a photo of someone does not address the evidence they have brought forth.  It is a wonder to behold just how extensive the efforts are to divert attention away from the evidence on Dr. Wood's site.  Calling Dr. Wood names is not a valid substitute for explaining the toasted cars, the unburned paper, the lack of debris, the mid-air pulverization, the flipped cars...  

Here is a brief listing of some of the key points of evidence which must be explained by any successful, cohesive, scientific conclusion:

Extreme heat from jet fuel (or explosives) does not selectively damage certain materials, so how come some materials turned to dust, while other materials were bent or burnt, and yet other materials were completely unharmed?
•   Why was Hurricane Erin at its closest point to NYC on the morning of September 11th, yet it was not reported on by the major corporate media stations?
•   How come there were statistically significant magnetosphere readings in Alaska at the very same time of the 9/11 attacks? Why were the 6 Alaskan magnetomer stations detecting normal readings until the 9/11 attacks commenced, when there was suddenly a huge surge in electromagnetic activity?
•   How come there are many reports of power outages and electrical failures in the areas surrounding ground zero just as the attacks commenced?
•   How were the Twin Towers turned to dust so fine, that the dust floated high up into our atmosphere. The satellite photos show a clear distinction between the black smoke and the whitish-grey dust, so what turned such a large portion of these buildings to dust so fine that it floated high into our atmosphere?
•   How come 1,400+ vehicles located several blocks away (some up to ¼ a mile away) from ground zero experienced metal warping and electricity-like burns and holes during the attacks? If you think the building debris caused these things, then how come that same debris did not burn the clothing or skin of the nearby pedestrians it covered?
•   How come countless vehicles located several blocks away from ground zero were flipped upside down or on their side, next to trees which still had all of their leaves on them?
•   How come several steel beams were observed to be bent and/or shriveled up in very unusual ways, ways which have only been observed during The Hutchison Effect experiments?
•   How come spontaneous rusting of materials occurred all around ground zero? In some instances, entire front-halves of cars were rusted, while the back-halves appeared to be virtually untouched?
•   How come various debris at ground zero was still observed to be fuming and being hosed down well into 2008, as video evidence clearly shows? Do fires last for 7+ years? Do debris from fires need to be hosed down 7 years later?
•   How come circular holes were observed in the windows of virtually all the buildings near ground zero, when holes like these are known only to be caused by longitudinal waves of energy? If building debris smashed the windows, they would have shattered in a predictable way, so how come these countless windows did not shatter, but instead, developed circular holes characteristic of the effect of longitudinal waves of energy on glass?
•   How was the 'bathtub', the area directly beneath the Twin Towers, left virtually unharmed? How could thousands of tons of falling building debris not damage the 'bathtub' beneath the WTC buildings?
•   How was the 'Looney Toons' gift shop in the basement of the WTC buildings left virtually unharmed, so dramatically that the 'Bugs Bunny' statue and other statues were not even scratched or dented? How could these figurines survive thousands of tons of falling building debris?
•   How was the unharmed PATH Train beneath the WTC buildings left virtually unharmed? Shouldn't falling building debris have crushed that train, or at the very least, knocked it off the tracks?

Electric Rainmaking Technology Gets Mexico's Blessing

But for now, doubters prevail north of the border.

From at least the early 1940's to the end of the 20th century, it always rained more in the state of Jalisco, in central Mexico, than in its neighbor Aguascalientes. But in 2000, on a patch of parched pasture in Aguascalientes, workers from Mexico City-based Electrificación Local de la Atmósfera Terrestre SA (ELAT) erected a peculiar field of interconnected metal poles and wires somewhat resembling the skeleton of a carnival tent. Since then, about as much rain has fallen on the plains of Aguascalientes as on its more lush neighbor.

The brainchild of a fractious group of Russian emigré's, the poles and wires are in fact a network of conductors meant to ionize the air. If the technique is done properly, the thinking goes, the natural current between the earth and the ionosphere is amplified, leading — through a mechanism that is not fully understood — to rainfall. There are now 17 such installations in six states in Mexico, and in January, federal government agencies decided to back construction and operation of 19 more by 2006, potentially altering the weather in much of parched north and central Mexico. Meanwhile, by May, ELAT's competitor Earthwise Technologies Inc., of Mexico City and Dallas, could win the right to establish ionization stations in southwest Texas's water-starved Webb County, which would make it the first such installation in the United States.

But some atmospheric scientists aren't so sure the Russians aren't selling snake oil. "[Ionization] is highly unconventional and in my realm of experience, I have seen no concrete evidence published in a refereed journal, nor have I seen sufficient credible eyewitness verification that the technology works as touted," says George Bomar, the meteorologist charged by the Texas government with licensing the state's weather modification projects.

Comment: This is the common phenomenon of cognitive dissonance in science. The Russians are performing a weather experiment which should fail according to accepted theory. So the scientist complains that he has "seen no concrete evidence published in a refereed journal." But the complaint reduces to a matter of belief. Scientists do not believe electrical power is input to weather systems. Referees who believe atmospheric electricity is an effect, rather than a cause of weather, would almost certainly find grounds for rejecting funding for, or publication of, such an experiment. The same applies to the publication of reports from credible eyewitnesses. For decades airline pilots witnessed strange lightning above storms but were discouraged from reporting it. The objection is unfair and unscientific. Advances come from challenging established beliefs.

Ionization technology is called either IOLA (ionization of the local atmosphere) by Earthwise or ELAT (electrification of the atmosphere) by the company ELAT. IOLA and ELAT compete with conventional cloud seeding, which — though it also remains scientifically unproven — is used in more than 24 countries and 10 U.S. states. Cloud seeding usually involves dispersing a chemical agent such as silver iodide into cloud formations, which helps ice crystals form, leading, it is thought, to bigger clouds and more precipitation than without seeding. The ionization approach, according to Bissiachi, now ELAT's vice president of R&D and operations, does a similar job but twice over. Ions attract water in the atmosphere, creating the aerosol that produces clouds, and they also charge the dust already in the air, making particles become more attractive nuclei for water droplets, which coalesce and fall to the ground as rain.

Comment: It seems that the basic problem in gaining acceptance for ionization technology is the facile description of what causes rain. And that is a problem inherited from the experts –' the meteorologists and atmospheric scientists. The water molecule is fascinating because, unlike the nitrogen and oxygen molecules in the air, it is electrically polarized.

In an electric field, the water molecule will rotate to line up with the field. When it condenses in a cloud the average electric dipole moment of a water molecule in a raindrop is 40 percent greater than that of a single water vapor molecule. This enhancement results from the large polarization caused by the electric field induced by surrounding water molecules. In the atmospheric electric field the water molecules will be aligned with their dipoles pointing vertically and in a sense that is determined by the charge polarization in the cloud. It is interesting to note that the tops of storm clouds are positively charged and the base is negative. That is the reverse of the radial charge polarization within the Earth itself. And it is this charge polarization that gives rise to the low-order attractive force we call gravity. So it is proposed that water droplets in clouds experience an antigravity effect. It appears to be related to the 'Biefield-Brown Effect,' where a charged high-voltage planar capacitor tends to move in the direction of the positive electrode. That effect may explain how millions of tons of water can be suspended kilometres above the ground, when cloud droplets are about 1,000 times denser than the surrounding air.

Of course, this raises the issue of charge separation in clouds. The conventional 'isolated Earth' view is that positive and negative charge is 'somehow' separated by vertical winds in clouds and that this process in thunderstorms is responsible for charging up the ionosphere and causing the atmospheric electric field. But this begs the question of cause and effect. Recent high-altitude balloon flights find that charge is not built up in the cloud, it already exists in the ionosphere above. In January 2002 I argued the electric universe model: "Thunderstorms are not electricity generators, they are passive elements in an interplanetary circuit, like a self-repairing leaky condenser. The energy stored in the cloud 'condenser' is released as lightning when it short-circuits. The short-circuits can occur either within the cloud or across the external resistive paths to Earth or the ionosphere. The charge across the cloud 'condenser' gives rise to violent vertical electrical winds within the cloud, not vice versa."

This view accords with a recent report (17 November 2003) in Geophysical Review Letters by Joseph Dwyer of the Florida Institute of Technology, which says that according to conventional theory electrical fields in the atmosphere simply cannot grow large enough to trigger lightning. "The conventional view of how lightning is produced is wrong." And so "the true origin of lightning remains a mystery."

Water vapor in rising air cools and condenses to forms clouds. The conventional explanation for rising air relies upon solar heating. The electrical weather model has an additional galactic energy source (the same that powers the Sun) to drive the movement of air. It is the same energy source that drives ferocious high-level winds on the giant outer planets, where solar energy is extremely weak. Once the water vapor condenses into water droplets it is more plausible that millions of tons of water can remain suspended kilometres above the Earth by electrical means, rather than by thermal updraughts. The clouds would act to reduce thermals.

Returning to the article, can we explain how "the natural current between the Earth and the ionosphere is amplified" and how that might increase rainfall? It seems to follow naturally from the electric weather model because the ion generators are supplying mobile charge carriers into the dielectric or atmosphere, which increases the leakage current between the Earth and the ionosphere. The vertical leakage currents drive vertical motion of the air. In some instances these invisible currents are probably responsible for that unseen danger to aircraft — clear air turbulence. And we find the most severe vertical winds in thunderstorms, where electrical power is dramatically evident.

Earthwise's installations are structures about 7 meters high, shaped like short open-topped air-traffic control towers, that house proprietary ion generators and blowers to lift the ions. Separate antennas amplify the ionization by manipulating the local electric and electromagnetic fields. ELAT's installations work in the same manner but are more primitive in appearance, consisting of a 37-meter high central tower surrounded by 8-meter posts arranged hexagonally at a distance of 150 meters. The tower and posts are interconnected by wires, which when set to a high dc voltage by a 2-kilowatt generator, ionize air molecules such as nitrogen and oxygen. According to Bissiachi, as the ions waft upward, they produce about 1 milliampere of current. These seem to be on static electricity. In particular an official MIT video, a demonstration of a capacitor which can be disassembled. The capacitor is charged, the inner metal removed and set aside, the glass removed and set aside, and the inner metal brought into contact with the outer metal - No discharge.

If you're going to assume that it was DEW and that's why the papers were unaffected, then why was the concrete effected? Concrete is not a conductor.

I don't agree with how things are being construed regarding the "charge" (current) being stored in the dielectric. The dielectric is where a field will exist based on a difference in between the potentials of the two plates. It is also called displacement current (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Displacement_current). Those people at MIT are taking advantage of a known trait to make people think that the charge is held within the dielectric. There is a field in the dielectric not charge. It is this difference in potential from one side of the dielectric to the other that allows the moving of electrons from one plate to the other.

Did I claim the whole of her work is garbage? That would encompass things outside of 9/11 wouldn't it? i do see how a string of nuclear devices placed inside the core could cause the observed effects - vapourisation of concrete, melting of steel (and some rock) radiation burns to cars. i also see how the SADM device of the 50's would logically develop into a civilian demolition of skyscrapers design. This is an interesting image. It's comical but can be applied to certain aspects of the truth movement. Guys my guess is they had some kind of radar styled beam weapon on a high flying C-130J, with pylons of some kind of the ground to shape wave forms. Probably a bunch of vacuum tubes in the pylons.

My lab contained 20 tons of equipment—Tesla coils, radar generators, signal generators, pulse generators, and phase inverters. It looked like the inside of a 1940 warship with a Frankenstein-making lab in the center! The levitation repeatability improved as I carefully eliminated equipment that wasn't needed, and also determined where each piece of equipment needed to be in relation to the target material.

Guys my guess is they had some kind of radar styled beam weapon on a high flying C-130J, with pylons of some kind of the ground to shape wave forms. Probably a bunch of vacuum tubes in the pylons.

The Twin Towers were destroyed faster than physics can explain by a free fall speed "collapse."

You want to talk about speculation? I'm still waiting for some sort of empirical evidence demonstrating what DEW weapons do rather than speculation that the towers coming down was DEW because of certain contextual issues. What  ever happened to all the god damned evidence for bombs going off in the buildings as told by firefighters and people in the towers who survived, or who broadcast it across the air? There were fucking bombs going off in the lobby's of both wtc7 and at least one (probably both however) of the towers.
