why is mohammad on his show?
daryl is a drunk, not just any drunk, someone who seems brutal when he's throwing back the liquor.
it takes years of being sober and changing the body chemistry to handle even one glass of alcohol appropriately (talking wine here).
so why is he still on daryl's website?
morally, I couldn't give any credence to a man, if there were options to go somewhere else, who has such a spotty past with other guests, and gives such a artificial sounding condolences to ognir and to the japanese. Once someone pointed out his detached view of the situation between him and ognir, i can hear it in his dedication to the people on japan. It seems so fake.
(you better be so clean to hang around such a spiritually-parasited individual)

as timothy mentioned there are larger collections available elsewhere.

the dude needs to sober up, in mind body and spirit, fix up his issues with the wifey,

health suggestions for Daryl -

Overall Goal - 8 to 12 Fruits & Vegetables a Day; nothing from Israel though.
The job of a whistleblower requires the diet of a professional triathlete.
Tomorrow's workout (mental or physical) starts with today's meal.

Breakfast #1
breakfast before coffee, e.g. 4 slices whole wheat bread

Breakfast #2
at least 3 different fruits - orange, banana, and "your choice"

Lunch

carbs - potatoes or rice
veggies - carrots, broccoli or similar
protein - 2 sources, e.g. bacon & chicken

Mid-afternoon

Fruit smoothie or milk shake - something to raise the blood sugar so you can crank out a few more hours work or play

Dinner
Light meal, whatever the heck you feel like eating as long as it doesn't weigh your stomach down - so you can get a good night's sleep.


Exercise & Stress Management

AT LEAST one hour of concentrated cardiovascular activity a day ... enough to make you sweat buckets.  e.g. sawing wood for the fireplace for 15 minutes - a good start.

followed by - a long hot bath, the purpose being, stress reduction.

P.S.  Note re Alcohol, Tobacco, etc. - I wouldn't worry too much about it.  If you are properly nourished, your appetite for such substances will moderate.  Since you're older than 50, smoking tobacco (where you inhale) is basically a form of slow-motion suicide.  The human body just can not handle it; it's different that when you're 20.

Daryl has said he likes cigars - as long as he doesn't inhale ... everyone has their own unique methods for relaxation.
