I really like Texe. I have listened to every interview I can with him and haven't found him to spew anything of dubious or misleading nature, apart from an occasional slip here or there.

I recorded the audio stream of the Peak Oil show, which I'll called "Petroleum Planet, and can post as a torrent or direct download if there's interest.

Yes, occasionally Texe makes a slip: he promotes A Jones, Rense, he calls a to Christianity converted Jew a 'born again Christian' (what about the crypto thing!?) and that the 'Masons did the Armenian genocide' etc.. Especially in this kind of matters one should formulate things accurately and mention the right names and slips of the tongue should be avoided at all cost, that's my take.

This one is very good. He gives sources for the articles with information about discoveries of new oil reserves in the Gulf of Mexico, Brasil, and North Dakota, among others:

Of course, he could have done a lot more on the topic of Peak Oil, pointing out the funding and dissemination of the idea, the promoters, etc. But he filled up the hour with lots of solid information.
