Israeli Predictive Programming or Gloating? 9/11 Candy Bars

This is an ad for Elite candy bars, an Israeli brand. It's clearly the Twin Towers depicted here, as the one on the left even has an antenna tower, like the North Tower of the WTC complex.

Interesting that the only English in the ad is the name of the airline, "Tower Air."

No date sourced on it yet. If it comes from prior to 9/11 it's disturbing at the very least; if after that date it's gloating. My bet is it's predictive programming along the lines of Neo's passport in The Matrix, the Maker's Mark bourbon with its dripping red wax poured over the towers (and not bottles), and numerous other odd foreshadowing of the event.
