Actually, no, Putin doesn't "tell" anything about who created ISIS.  He makes absolutely no mention of the Zionist entity or Turkey.  He asks leading questions which are meant to bring the listener to the conclusion himself that all of ISIS's crimes  an be laid exclusively at the feet of the US.  Good going Jew wise Anti-Zionists, not shamelessly shilling for neo-Stalinist Cold War Empire.
