What this colonel is basically saying is not at all Anti-Zionist.  In fact, it more closely resembles the neoconservative 'humanitarian air war' doctrine that has gotten the US and its allies bombing and drone striking away in Syria and the Middle East in the first place.   

Then, the colonel cannot see any connection between the State of Israel and ISIS.  No, he makes it plain that he only sees the CIA behind all of it.  I see a convenient timing connection here, with Israel discovering that the CIA had penetrated its defenses and started an ISIS cell right under their noses.
