During a speech in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on Monday, Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton appeared to have something quite off about her appearance.

Hillary's eyes appeared not in-sync with one another, as the left eye looked to be cock-eyed and displaced, especially as she looked towards the left.

It reminds me of these oldie slapstick movies with e.g. Buster Keaton
where actors walk almost twice the speed as normal and have the same
cocked eye movements. Recalling the time frame , between 1905 and 1918,
I reckon that certain elite family members became ultra nervous when
they realized they were left out as beneficiaries to the 1913 Federal
Reserve act plot, and from time to time had these twitchy nervous
breakdowns visible in their eye movements.

Yeah, she clearly has a neurological disorder. Can't walk up stairs, gets jolted by flashing lights, collapses when standing, coughing... it's all just symptoms & complications of Parkinson's.
