Vlad is suggesting that Russia was framed in the hacking scandal.

He's right, of course.  Israhell did it, so as to install President/King Kushner, behind his puppet, shabbos goy Donnie-boy.  They put the blame on "the usual suspect" - Russia, knowing that 1) Americans would eagerly believe it was Russia and 2) they would never believe that their dear little ally - Israhell - did it.

QuoteHe said it's also possible that Russia could have been framed by hackers from other countries.

"I can imagine that some do it deliberately, staging a chain of attacks in such a way as to cast Russia as the origin of such an attack," Putin said. "Modern technologies allow that to be done quite easily."

Russia Has Never Been Involved In Election Hacking: Vladimir Putin

ST PETERSBURG:  Russian President Vladimir Putin today rejected suggestions that elections anywhere could be manipulated by hackers, and denied that his government had ever done it or would do so. He, however, conceded that some "patriotic" individuals could have carried out cyber-attacks in the West to pay back for what he said was its "Russo-phobic hysteria." "If they have patriotic leanings, they may try to add their contribution to the fight against those who speak badly about Russia," he said during an exclusive interaction with editors of international news agencies. "Theoretically it's possible."

But he quickly distanced himself from suggestions that the Russian state was involved in election hacking.

"We never engaged in that on a state level, and have no intention of doing so," he said when asked if Russian hackers could try to influence the German parliamentary elections later this year.

Russian hacking of elections has been at the centre of a controversy since the US elections that gave Donald Trump the presidency. US intelligence agencies accuse Russia of hacking into Democratic Party emails, helping Trump win against his Democratic rival Hillary Clinton.

Putin said that in any case hackers cannot possibly sway election outcomes because the electorate is not so easily manipulated.

"I'm deeply convinced that no hackers can radically influence another country's election campaign. No hackers can influence election campaigns in any country of Europe, Asia or America," he said.

He said it's also possible that Russia could have been framed by hackers from other countries.

"I can imagine that some do it deliberately, staging a chain of attacks in such a way as to cast Russia as the origin of such an attack," Putin said. "Modern technologies allow that to be done quite easily."

No, Russia was not framed, because if you do the Russian mob is gonna clean ya out.
There were however a couple of false flag hack attacks, the most prominent
being the power utility in Vermont :

The US pulled out of the Paris climate treaty, because Trump found it a very one-sided deal,
where only America had to bear the burdens, and China and Russia only were signatories without
making physical contributions until 2030 (according his speech at the Rose Garden and CBS transcript  :

  "[ ... ]
For example, under the agreement, China will be able to increase these
emissions by a staggering number of years -- 13. They can do whatever
they want for 13 years. Not us. India makes its participation
contingent on receiving billions and billions and billions of dollars
in foreign aid from developed countries. There are many other examples.
But the bottom line is that the Paris accord is very unfair, at the
highest level, to the United States. [ ... ]"

Russia signed the Paris Treaty. What physical Russian commitments until 2030 are agreed upon
is unclear. The US pulls out now, and is able to breath again (literally). If there's going
to be a war, Russia and China must pull out of Paris, or both China and Russia will loose
that war, even if they band together against America.

``I hope that the fair, and, I may say certain prospects of success will not induce us to relax.''

   Major General Israel Putnam,
   Head-Quarters, Valley Forge, 5 May, 1778

Vlad's getting close to telling us what happened: the jews did it.  He surely knows the jews did it, but, of course, he can't say it, and this comment reflects what is on his mind.

Putin: People who blame Russia for election hacks are like anti-Semites who blame everything on Jews

Quote"What fingerprints, or hooves prints, or horn prints?" he said. "IP addresses can be invented. There are many specialists that can invent or fix it up."

"It's easier to say, 'It's not our fault, it's all — it's the Russians, they intervened. they interfered,'" he said. "It's like anti-Semitism — the Jews are to blame.... You know what such moods lead to — they would not end up with [anything] good."
