The suspect was described as white, and having dark hair.  Let's just hope that he doesn't turn out to be an Iranian, who can have dark hair and white complexions.

Listening to live coverage of the event, they appear reticent to discuss the suspect, who is in hospital.  They say it wasn't an assassination attempt, but aren't ruling out terrorism, supposedly, so, it could be, of course, an Iranian, which would give President/King Kushner, and his stooge, shit-for-brains shabbos goy Donnie-boy, reason to attack Iran, for the benefit of Israhell.

The weird thing is that when I read the story after it broke, I don't recall that police killed the shooter which I assumed that he was taken alive.

Then the media said the president made a statement that the shooter died of his injuries.

This is something that would be confirmed by law enforcement or at the hospital, not the president.

Another thing is that witnesses said the shooter was asking people if they wee Democrats and Republicans. Mind you, he was also supposed to have been walking around in broad daylight with a rifle.

This is already fishy.

What we know so far

• A gunman opened fire at a GOP baseball practice in Alexandria, Va., early Wednesday.

• Five people were wounded, including House Majority Whip Steve Scalise and two Capitol Police officers.

• The suspect, identified as James T. Hodgkinson, 66, of Belleville, Ill., was shot by police and taken into custody, officials said.

• According to Rep. Mo Brooks, R-Ala., who was at the practice, the shooter, a white male, armed with a rifle, fired up to 40 shots. Other witnesses recalled more.

• Alexandria Police Chief Michael Brown said units responded within three minutes of reports of shots fired and engaged the shooter.

• In a statement, President Trump announced that the suspect died from his injuries.

• Scalise underwent surgery and is in stable condition.

• House Speaker Paul Ryan and Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi called for unity in speeches on the House floor.

They are sort of implying that he drove more than 800 miles, from Illinois, to do this, at a early-morning baseball practice exercise at a "quiet suburban park in Alexandria, Virginia." 

Like you say, they waited hours to announce his name, which was just maybe 10 minutes before shabbos goy Donnie-boy pronounced him dead, which the police did not do.  Of course, they don't want to steal the spotlight from the Apprentice.

I doubt that these Congressman publicize where and when they practice playing baseball.

This guy had some local knowledge, so, no doubt they have more they will tell us about this event.

Like you say, a bit fishy.  But, it takes the attention away from the ongoing investigation that will, hopefully, lead to impeachment ASAP.

We won't know until it plays out.

Decades ago, people wanted an arms-control treaty with the Soviets, but, the Republicans refused, saying that they didn't trust the Democrats.  But, when Ronnie Reagan was made President, suddenly, there was an arms-control treaty.  It wasn't until a Republican did it that they accepted it.

Scalise is now being said to be "critical."  They use that term "critical" a bit more loosely than years ago, but, if, indeed, he is gravely wounded, and, if, unfortunately, he dies, drastic things will happen, perhaps.

UPDATE:  They are now reporting that he travelled to and has been in the DC area for several weeks, so, he would have been able to plot this out, so, maybe he's what they say he is: a pissed-off with a gun.  It can happen.

Yeah, there isn't really much evidence to say that this was a hoax or anything. I did question the discrepancy of the original report I read which didn't give all the details of the shoot out.

It's interesting to see the media freak out and try to distract with the Trump investigation into obstruction of justice though.

Here's an interesting twist on this shooting.  The guy at BrasscheckTV makes a cogent argument supporting Bernie Sanders, but concludes by saying that people had gone through decades of his speeches, and couldn't find any reference to violence.

Now, of course, we all remember, quite well, how hot-under-the-collar he got when defending Israhell, and, do we doubt that he wouldn't hesitate to resort to violence to defend Israhell?
