The state of Israel has no constitution. Why?

Mechanically translated from Romanian

In 1948, "Israel" conquered 78% of Palestine by war, which is 40% more than was allocated by the UN according to the plan for the partition of Palestine.

"Israel" does not have a written constitution. This is not a joke! Anyone bothered to browse the official website of the Knesset (Israeli Parliament) would see that.

Since its inception in 1948 and until now, ie 74 years, there has never been a constitution for "Israel"! Instead, it works based on a bunch of "basic laws" that it has developed into
the place of the constitution, which is the natural requirement of any normal country.

But why wouldn't "Israel" come with a constitution? Why the "founding fathers" and the generations that have then did they not sit down and write a constitution? Certainly not this important issue simply out of his mind.

Here are the main reasons why it was impossible for the Israelis to write a constitution:

They don't want to have fixed boundaries! If there is a constitution, there must be borders for the state and they do not want that. They want a state without borders, or with temporary borders, that is "extensible" at any time they want
could conquer several Arab countries.

And that has happened historically. In 1947, the United Nations issued its division plan of Palestine (Resolution 181) which granted 56% of historic Palestine to the proposed Jewish "state".

The Jewish Agency immediately accepted the resolution (which was extremely unfair to the Arabs), just to gain legitimacy for his new "state" and not a sincere acceptance of borders like that as set out in the plan.

Next year, in 1948, "Israel" conquered 78% of Palestine by war, which is 40% more much more than was allocated to him by the UN. In 1967, "Israel" expanded even further and conquered through 100% Palestinian war (so far he still clings to it and refuses to withdraw).

Also in 1967, "Israel" took over the Golan Heights from Syria (and annexed them) and Sinai from Egypt (in finally returned it after the Camp David Treaty).

In 1982, "Israel" took over Lebanon and retained it until 2000, when it was defeated by the resistance movement. Lebanese and thus forced her to withdraw.

"Israel" wants to stay that way. No fixed borders. This touches on her biblical-thoracic dreams about "Land of Israel," stretching from Iraq in the east to the Nile in the west! A constitution cannot allow that.

In 1948, the vast majority of the land in what became the "State of Israel" actually belonged Palestinian Arabs, who were forcibly displaced in neighboring Arab countries. "Israel" confiscated them illegal lands and properties.

A constitution would create a problem for usurpers who have no legal basis to own the land they conquered through war. "Israel" confiscated Palestinian land and, obviously, no modern constitution would allow this.

Who is the citizen?

This is a basic question that cannot be overlooked by any constitution and created a big problem for the Zionists behind the "State of Israel" project.

In Zionist ideology, "Israel" is the homeland of Jews around the world, so every Jew, with or without his consent, he is a natural candidate for citizenship.

But how can anyone put this in a constitution ?! You can't just say, for example, that Jews the Dutch are citizens of "Israel" because they are not.

At the same time, the Zionists could not respect the natural definition of citizenship in all states. modern world, according to which the citizens of a state are its residents who live in it,
for this would cut off the connection between "Israel" and the Jews of the world who could not be automatically privileged with Israeli citizenship in that case: A dilemma for which the Zionists did not find no solution.

The basis of jurisdiction?

Is it the Torah ?! Since the idea of Zionism itself, on which the whole "Israel" project was based, is based on a religious-Jewish appeal, the Chosen People, the Children of "Israel", the return to the Land Promise), it was impossible for the founders to establish a secular, modern and stylish constitution.
Occidental.

Orthodox Jews, who believe that the Torah should be the basis of the Jewish state, could not be ignored. And let us not forget that even the secular Jews of that time, who came mainly from Europe, were not united in their view on this issue; in fact, they were divided between the Liberal Democrat side and
the socialist-communist side.

Not writing a constitution at all was then the best option for the Zionist leadership.

Discrimination laws against Arab Palestinians ?!

There are many laws, regulations and practices in "Israel" that discriminate against Arabs as a minority ethnic and religious.

Just one example: in 1988, Zachary Lockman, a history professor at Harvard, wrote to The New York Times that "about 92 percent of Israel's land area is administered in accordance with the regulations prohibiting the purchase of such land,
rented or operated by Arab citizens of Israel ".

Obviously, discrimination and racism cannot be written in any constitution, so the Zionists had to choose between granting equal rights to Arabs (and losing Jewish privileges) and not having a constitution!

"Israel" has never been a normal state. The absence of a constitution is proof of this.

The world must be aware of this and must put pressure on this "state" to comply with international norms and standards before asking or pressuring Arab countries to recognize it as it is.
