Site 'permanently disabled' for strike three on the 'too many long running database queries' rule. Drupal, the software used to run the site, can be a bit of a demon when it comes to pounding the database.

All I know is that tech support would normally re-enable the site on request. This time they have refused to do so. I found some operations in the database logs that were taking 10 seconds and more to complete, and came up with a way of reducing that load, but couldn't test it as they would not bring the site back online.

It's a little different this time. As you can see, the site is still offline, and won't be brought back online anytime soon. I think they want us to move.

As much as I would love to attribute it to the JTF, it has nothing to do with them. Bluehost is fine for sites that don't place any demand on their servers. For sites that do, they have three strikes (three times the site is disabled for overuse of resources) before they are out. This is the third for WUYFS.

Just got confirmation from Bluehost 'Abuse'.  We have to find a new host.  I think we will probably need to go with a virtual server solution, as the site is high-traffic and resource heavy. Still waiting for QRSWave to give the nod.

A possible secure option could be the  stormfront.org  associated hosting company/companies. I heard they provide commercial hosting on their servers to sites that the creatures are giving hard time.  (Please don't blame me for a possible thing I don't know about... I just want to see WUFY online ASAP).

or maybe they fooled me as well here with one of their common dirty ways: shutting every other option one has while leaving an option they can label and destroy later, forcing him to cooperate with this group in order to survive, and then cracking down on all together, bringing as 'proof' your 'association' with a labeled group, and fooling the masses to give 'legitimacy', the enforcement forces etc.

And this false presentation, this false facade, is another 'profitable' deceit. A direct continuation of the evil criminal way of existence.
It's obvious to many of us and many others (but important to express it over and over again): if you  criticize/expose/criminal-hunt  them justifiably for their filthy deeds then they 'legitimize' and bring to use coercive physical force to oppress you. They can do that SOLELY because of their deceitfully-gained control of public opinion. Criminal media. And, any kind of other thing that can sell the impression that the false picture they construct is real. Therefore any organism that ever gained any amount of trust with the masses is a target for infiltration and abuse. Academia, Church, love and loyalty of your country, and so forth.

Sullivan, is QRSWave ok? I'm sure she is, but I've emailed her and thus far haven't been hit back. She hasn't posted anything on her blog either, or responded to comments.

I hope she doesn't go down without a fight. That site is too valuable a resource to be permanently Orwelled.

Seeing this message every day is like going home only to see your house has been demolished by an IDF bulldozer. It's usually the first place I touch base with when I get online.

WUFYS isn't only a valuable information resource -- it's a dynamic online community. It mustn't be allowed to 'disappear from the pages of time'. That would be an irreconcilable defeat.

I'll give QRSWave another week to come back to me, as sometimes she is away or busy at work and doesn't respond to email for a while.  I have a backup of the site and have done some work upgrading it to a new version of the software. We'll probably need VPS hosting (virtual server) or a host that has a low number of users per server, as the site is busy and is likely to get kicked off any other shared hosting provider purely on the basis of the impact it has. I figured it out, it's Replay Media Catcher that causes it, maybe in conjunction with Firefox & lots of tabs open.

I'd be happy to contribute financially too, within my means, providing there's a way to wire the money/credit overseas without a credit card. I've never used a credit card, and never will. And recently, when I tried to put $60 in my girlfriend's English bank account from here in Australia to reimburse her for purchasing and sending me half a gram of salvia divinorum through the post, I was told the deposit would incur a $30 fee due to her account being overseas. Fuck that for a joke. In any case, if it's a credit card I need, I could always use someone else's and pay them back in cash.

I'm assuming you have access to my email address Sullivan, through my WUFYS account. If not, get back to me here and we'll sort something out.

I've finally heard from QRSWave. I've recommended a company to her. It is a shared hosting account, but not oversold and overpopulated the way BH does. It also has a route onto VPS hosting if necessary.  

I'm sure some contribution to the costs would be welcome.Yes, sending any money abroad is expensive. The usurers must eat and eat well, after all!

This whole thing with WUYFS is something I've been trying to get others, especially those with a current programming repertoire, to help prevent. So far a solution that I've seen which isn't the best but it works is at http://forum.i2p2.de/index.php . This software creates a secure communications which even allows for anonymous websites. The website can be accessed but the actual ip address is inaccessible which prevents the power mongers from tracking down a host to physically threaten them or shut them down. There is flood protection and other benefits. It would take some time researching if this is a solution for WUFYS but I can tell you that being able to anonymously host material is the direction everyone needs to be moving in to prevent targeting and takeover.

Ideally I'd like to see some webhosting ideas which derive a basis out of anonymous torrent like conditions but it's beyond my current skills and I've got too much on my plate. I hope WUFYS is up soon.

I'm relieved that all is well, we can replace a website.

I think a user-based solution would be neat, as it's easy for anyone to share a percentage of their CPU, bandwidth and hard drive for the cause. Just run a sandbox server with linux, and the as yet to be designed seti/wufys matrix program. It would be neat if internally it would look like e-mule, but externally would be published on the net as are any other websites.
