Is there any waivers or papers you can sign to keep your baby's info from being stored?

Dodd should be run out of the state for introducing it. Lastly, is it me or does Ron Paul sound a lot more like a politician these days than a representative of real flesh and blood constituents? How can he even sympathize with the bill's stated goals?
