if it works cool. i've looked at these before. Is there a few examples where it has worked? I've read a few transcripts of some attempts at freeman.org
Also how is this going to stop the merchant banks?
go for it is what i say, just dont expect it to work....althrough if everyone did this it would make a dent in the police state for sure.

They can try you  " in absentia " in an Admiralty case. So much for pissing contests over words, identities, jurisdiction and consent.

 This tactic is effective sometimes with traffic violations and credit card debt but in a tax case you would go down in flames. The reason I personally believe they win the small cases is because the court does not want the tactics these guys use to garner too much attention among the other people in the court.  Better to just throw the case out and grind up some easier meat. The court makes about $200 a minute on the easy targets.  A guy who puts up a fuss could cost the court too much money.
