Nah sowass, und dass alles in Deutschland? Opel has several factories all across Germany.
People in Germany are totally outraged that this Fiat CEO is driving to Germany with his Maserati,
no NOT a fiat, to inspect the Opel car factories he "acquired" with illegal obtained Federal Reserve toilet paper.

Here's a picture series from "Die Rheinische Post" :

No half matters, but in full regalee - Fiat Chief Sergio Marchionne drives with the Maserati to
the meeting with Federal Minister for Economic Affairs Karl-Theodor of Guttenberg.

QuoteEr will sein Unternehmen zum zweitgrößten Autobauer ausbauen. Dazu würden dann neben Maserati die Marken Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Ferrari, Opel, Saab, Vauxhall und Chrysler mit Dodge, Imperial, DeSoto und Plymouth gehören..

He wants to expand his enterprise as the second largest Car manufactuerer in the world. Wich would consist besides Maserati of car brands Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Lancia, Ferrari, Opel, Saab, Vauxhall und Chrysler mit Dodge, Imperial, DeSoto and Plymouth.

QuoteDen Luxus-Wagen lässt er direkt vor der Tür des Ministeriums vorfahren.
He arranges the luxury car to be driven straight at the main entrance of the ministry.

QuoteGanz locker spaziert er an den Kameras vorbei. Auf Aktentasche und Notizzettel verzichtet er. Die Pläne für Opel hat er im Kopf.
Total relaxed walks past the camera's. He is done without briefcase and notebook. The plans for Opel he has in his head.

QuoteDer Italiener kommt in karriertem Hemd und schwarzem Pullover. Sergio Marchionne verhandelt auf Augenhöhe - auch mit dem Bundesfinanzminister zu Guttenberg.

The Italian comes with a squared shirt and black pullover. Sergio Marchionne only trades at even eye hight. - even with the Federal Minister of Finance of Guttenberg.
The Company garantees the preservation of the Opel locations in Rüsselsheim, Bochum and Eisenach. For Kaiserslautern there is no promise.

Opel-Takeover, Fiat-Chief plans World Company
By STEPHAN DÖRNER
- last updated: 04.05.2009 - 15:08

Düsseldorf (RPO). Fiat has big plans for Opel : Just before todays
meeting in Berlin with vice Chancellor Frank-Walter Steinmeier
(SPD) and Economics Minister Karl-Theodor of Guttenberg (CSU),
Fiat-Chief Sergio Marchionne announced his plans for the second
largest Car Company in the world. A corporation, consisting of the
just recently taken-over US Car manufacturer Chrysler and General
Motors Europe, which, besides Opel, consists of Saab and the British
brand Vauxhall. Fiat has good reasons for the plans for such a Car
Giant - but the concept is not embraced with much adoration.

Fiat-Chief Marchionne only lauded his own plan. His desired World
enterprise was a "marriage made in heaven", as he told the
"Financial Times". The fusion can earn annual savings of about a
billion Euro. The new Corporation (DAX, DJ, NASDAC noted?) should
bring in earnings of about 80 billion Euro per year and a annual
sales of upto seven million cars.

The Opel-Work-council is less amused by the ambitions of the
Fiat-Chief : "I'm afraid that two foot patients are joined here
together to run a marathon", said Work council boss Rainer Einenkel
during the interview with our Editorship. This because Fiat has not only
entered with the insolvent US Manufacturer Chrysler, but already
has its own net debt of 6.6 billion Euro.

In addition the Work council feared, that due to similar Model
policies of both manufacturers a reduction of staff with Opel is
approaching. "Fiat and Opel have the same model range. We therefor
need a clear announcement of Fiat, that after the entrance no
market shakeout is taking place and in particular no Opel or Fiat
Locations are closed", according the Work council chief to our
Editors.

The fears are not unfounded. According calculations by the
"Financial Times" on the basis of similar fusions in the past, upto
9000 jobs could be lost with such a union.  Fiat-Chief Marchionne
himself had already announced, he wanted to preserve all German
Opel locations, but not in the current size. Background for the
Italian car manufacturers fusion plans are urgent needed
Billion-investments in new Propulsion technologies. To develop new
fuel-saving and low emission engines, investments of about 10 to 15
billion Euro are needed in the development of new propulsion
technologies, according estimates of car expert Prof. Willi Diez of
the Institute for Automotive Economy. The larger a manufacturers
production, the lower in relation are the single investments in new
technologies.

A different road is taken by likewise troubling German car
manufacturer Daimler. They got on-board with the Emirate of Abu
Dabi, who through a capital increase, made the needed means
possible for investment in future technologies like the
development of electric cars.

A similar solution could also be outlined with the intertwined
manufacturers Porsche and Volkswagen. Porsche-Chief Wendelin
Wiedeking and Chief of finances Holger Härter have according a
"Spiegel"-Report proposed to fuse VW and Porsche, and through an
entrance of the Emirate of Qatar, raise new capital.

The alliance of the car manufacturers with the Oil Sjeiks is in
principle a logical one: At the same time when Car manufacturers
are preparing for a more environmental friendly future, through the
development of electrical cars, the Emirates have to ensure new
sources of income, when the oil has run out.

Magna Looks Poised to Nab Opel
http://www.businessweek.com/globalbiz/c ... B+analysis

Magna deal will mean fewer immediate job cuts at Opel, but Fiat
would have brought along a more plausible long-term rescue plan

    By Jack Ewing

Auto parts giant Magna International (MGA) is closing in on a deal
to buy General Motors' (GM) Opel unit, a source close to the talks
says, confirming reports by The Wall Street Journal and other news
outlets. If so, the deal will please German unions and politicians
who believe that Canadian-Austrian Magna will cut fewer jobs than
rival bidders might at Germany-based Opel and its sister British
    brand, Vauxhall.

Yet a Magna deal, which must still win the formal blessing of
German officials as well as GM and U.S. representatives meeting in
Berlin late on May 29, is full of risks for employees of GM Europe,
which has factories in Germany, Britain, Poland, and other
countries. While rival bidder Fiat (FIA.MI) would likely cut more
jobs in the immediate future, the Italian automaker seems to offer
a more plausible long-term rescue plan for Opel

It is very interesting to see that all collateral infighting of the
economy is targeted at the auto car industry, while the real
problem is plotted by the bankers, where the derivatives
scam is used as smokescreen to launch depressions and
inflations as desired, by manipulating the money supply.

The fact that a auto parts manufacturer is interested in
G.M., Vauxhall and Opel Germany, is even more interesting,
as recent developments have shown that simple adjustments
to your engine can save fuel economy well above 200%,
by adding a HHO unit :

    Hi,

It suddenly dawned on me what this sudden very aggressive legislation
grab WORLD WIDE, as David Icke put it, is all about. In an earlier
email "Subject: Re: EP Heidner's "9/11 ATTACK" as coverup for Gold
    Collateral" i concluded :

"But money is not the sole motive why 911 happened. 911 happened
because the Internet made its act of appearance as that new
disturbing technology, which, most important, rendered void the old
techniques of hiding truth. Even Microsoft's Bill Gates had
initially failed to foresee the impact of the Internet. 911 was a
renewed New Pearl Harbor and Reichtags fire to pull the strings of
         power tighter together."
They apparently need a totalitarian system in place yesterday. Now why
is that? What are they so frantic about? What has 'Global Warming'
and 'Agenda 21' todo with this? Why are they allowing that key
resource oil to become a item of speculation and allow its price to
sky rocket? This will kill ANY economy. Someone wants to shutdown
our world wide economy overnight. Why is that? From another email
      "Subject: The Fuel Conspiracy" :

"In the old days, getting good quality gasoline fuel was no problem.
Proper 95 octane was readily available. Then, at the end of the
1980s, people were encouraged to pick limousine and hatch-back cars
with diesel engines, for private or small business use, through
several economic beneficial methods. Today however these same
diesel car owners are really getting pissed off with the recent
           diesel pricing.

Looking at how they promoted diesel fuel in the past two decades,
with all these Desert Storm Military campaigns in full action in
the Middle East, a new conspiracy comes to mind.

For every marketing campaign there is a hidden reason and agenda.
The quality of the oil crude, available on the oil market, is key
here.  When high quality crude becomes rare, cheap straight
refinery of gasoline is as well. For the more expensive diesel
processing however any oil crude quality will do just fine.

Another reason for the diesel campaign, might be that for low
quality crude processing, even coal lique faction (CTL) [1] might
become a economical viable alternative. That is if high quality
crude becomes really rare..  which it will when Iraq and Iran are
           'shutdown' ...

          "Liquefaction - Coal-To-Liquids (CTL)

Coals can also be converted into liquid fuels like gasoline or
diesel by several different processes. The Fischer-Tropsch
process of indirect synthesis of liquid hydrocarbons was used in
Nazi Germany for many years and is today used by Sasol in South
                Africa."
There's even rumors that the people with interests (i.e. its patent
holders) in coal lique faction are behind the current and coming Middle
East menace, and the way things are going, even debunking this theory
surely will reveal some interesting new facts.

           [1] 3.2.2 Liquefaction - Coal-To-Liquids (CTL)

There's apparently people in the background who want a new energy
        system and market in place. Then I heard someone mention this website ;

        "Run Your Car on Water"
        http://www.runyourcarwithwater.com/
        local copy of http://www.runyourcarwithwater.com/
        http://www.progassaver.com/
        http://www.runyourcaronwater.com/

It basicly is an offshoot of all these H2 Hydrogen Engine projects
where Daimler Crysler and BMW supposedly are working overtime for.
Their main problem was the storage of H2 Hydrogen in a safe and
high density fashion. But then the coin dropped. What is the most safe
method to store H2 Hydrogen in a liquid or solid method? Its simple
just fill your tank with Water (H2O)!

Hah! would all of you say, what a idiot are you? Well I'm not. Not if
one knows that there are electrical devices which can be hooked up
to your car's battery, which convert Water into Brown's Gas :

             2 H2O ==> H2O + H20 ==> H2 + H2 + O2 ==> 2H2 + O2
Brown's Gas is also 'popularly' on these alternative radio adds called :
HHO, Age Age Ooo. Its a gas mixture which easily burns at intermediate
Temperatures of say 500 degrees Celsius. What is most interesting
is that Brown's Gas is already a MIXTURE of Hydrogen and Oxygen, so
the burning efficiency is terrific by its chemical design. No additional
          Engine Design needed.

Now if ordinary business owners or garage owners can start make this
technology available, all the customers need is access to proper water
and a Working Browns' Gas KIT, including warranty and maintenance.

So who's panicking? Its the Big Gasoline and Oil Industry.

What they apparently want to do now, is to kill-off any medium to small
businesses to prevent this from happening..  So why don't they kill the
Browns Gas businesses? They can't. They cannot stop the Internet from
spreading this news. One very rude way todo this overnight is however
to suicide, or takeover by force, the independent and private owned
economy, which is exactly what is happening right now.

          Cheers,

          Robert
