I have seen this again, and there is no doubt that this is a film making a very real effort at using analogy similar to Icke to try to tell the truth without telling the "truth."  I HATE this technique, but for some people it is the only way that they can do it.  I strongly suggest everyone watch this, especially knowing what we know.

I saw this a while back when i was making a small documentary. Anyway this poor fellow Celtic Rebel makes some interesting points but then completely shoots himself in the foot with his praise of Micheal Tsarian. I think at one point he takes the hollow earth theory seriously.
