ORIGINAL CAPTION: Your fiat money at work building these bi-level prison cars (by the thousands according to the San Francisco Chronicle) built by KBR (Kellogg, Brown and Root, a subsidiary of Halliburton). These were parked on the tracks behind a pecan orchard managed by one of my friends in Texas a few months back. They were completely hidden from the highway that paralleled the orchard.The Fetid Feds only moved them at night. It has been reported that some of these beauties have been prepositioned in each state. (Submitted by Ric H.)

Since 9/11, and seemingly without the notice of most Americans, the federal government has assumed the authority to institute martial law, arrest a wide swath of dissidents (citizen and noncitizen alike), and detain people without legal or constitutional recourse in the event of "an emergency influx of immigrants in the U.S., or to support the rapid development of new programs."

Beginning in 1999, the government has entered into a series of single-bid contracts with Halliburton subsidiary Kellogg, Brown and Root (KBR) to build detention camps at undisclosed locations within the United States. The government has also contracted with several companies to build thousands of railcars, some reportedly equipped with shackles, ostensibly to transport detainees.

According to diplomat and author Peter Dale Scott, the KBR contract is part of a Homeland Security plan titled ENDGAME, which sets as its goal the removal of "all removable aliens" and "potential terrorists."

Fraud-busters such as Rep. Henry Waxman, D-Los Angeles, have complained about these contracts, saying that more taxpayer dollars should not go to taxpayer-gouging Halliburton. But the real question is: What kind of "new programs" require the construction and refurbishment of detention facilities in nearly every state of the union with the capacity to house perhaps millions of people?

Sect. 1042 of the 2007 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), "Use of the Armed Forces in Major Public Emergencies," gives the executive the power to invoke martial law. For the first time in more than a century, the president is now authorized to use the military in response to "a natural disaster, a disease outbreak, a terrorist attack or any other condition in which the President determines that domestic violence has occurred to the extent that state officials cannot maintain public order."

The Military Commissions Act of 2006, rammed through Congress just before the 2006 midterm elections, allows for the indefinite imprisonment of anyone who donates money to a charity that turns up on a list of "terrorist" organizations, or who speaks out against the government's policies. The law calls for secret trials for citizens and noncitizens alike.

Also in 2007, the White House quietly issued National Security Presidential Directive 51 (NSPD-51), to ensure "continuity of government" in the event of what the document vaguely calls a "catastrophic emergency." Should the president determine that such an emergency has occurred, he and he alone is empowered to do whatever he deems necessary to ensure "continuity of government." This could include everything from canceling elections to suspending the Constitution to launching a nuclear attack. Congress has yet to hold a single hearing on NSPD-51.

U.S. Rep. Jane Harman, D-Venice (Los Angeles County) has come up with a new way to expand the domestic "war on terror." Her Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007 (HR1955), which passed the House by the lopsided vote of 404-6, would set up a commission to "examine and report upon the facts and causes" of so-called violent radicalism and extremist ideology, then make legislative recommendations on combatting it.

According to commentary in the Baltimore Sun, Rep. Harman and her colleagues from both sides of the aisle believe the country faces a native brand of terrorism, and needs a commission with sweeping investigative power to combat it.

A clue as to where Harman's commission might be aiming is the Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act, a law that labels those who "engage in sit-ins, civil disobedience, trespass, or any other crime in the name of animal rights" as terrorists. Other groups in the crosshairs could be anti-abortion protesters, anti-tax agitators, immigration activists, environmentalists, peace demonstrators, Second Amendment rights supporters ... the list goes on and on. According to author Naomi Wolf, the National Counterterrorism Center holds the names of roughly 775,000 "terror suspects" with the number increasing by 20,000 per month.

What could the government be contemplating that leads it to make contingency plans to detain without recourse millions of its own citizens?

The Constitution does not allow the executive to have unchecked power under any circumstances. The people must not allow the president to use the war on terrorism to rule by fear instead of by law.

looking into our future 5 years, i think a lot of people will be so tired of unemployment that they would accept a bus ride to a camp.  those cars in the pic look like cars that have shackles on the inside, not bus seats.

Here's the problem...

It was said that those train cars are for transporting vehicles, but those cars are BRAND NEW.  Furthermore, there should be plenty of photos showing those train cars being loaded and/or un-loading their freight, but I haven't seen any.  I am trying to debunk this, but as far as I have found, I can't debunk it...and that bothers me.  I think that Ognir should find someone who is an expert in this and interview him so that we can have a straight answer to this very, very serious question of what is going-on with the KBR contracts, camps, and these apparent prisoner-transport rail cars.

The biggest thing that bothers me of all is that the cars are BRAND NEW, and if these were used for hauling freight on a continuous basis, you would and SHOULD have photos showing at least old "freight" cars loaded with vehicles, and since people are simply not buying new vehicles *most CERTAINLY NOT at previous levels* then why would you need brand new vehicle-transport rail cars when the old ones would be just fine for the job?

A car is a car and even if these were supposedly built to transport autos, they can be easily repurposed to transport humans. Automobile industry is in deep trouble and they have excess inventory so why would they need these cars to transport them?

Why would you pay KBR to build these for the government? WHat does gov have to do with transporting imported autos?

That's EXACTLY my point--no one is going to be stupid enough or even have enough money at this point to buy a new car, so why in the Hell would you have brand-new rail cars that are OSTENSIBLY for vehicle-transport?  I am telling all of you what those who are confronted with this information are giving as their response to what in the Hell these rail cars are because this issue is getting more and more attention.  Remember those 500,000 military-style coffins that are especially used for biological conditions?  Man, when all of this is added-up, all that you get is a terrifying possibility of what the future is looking to be.

I need to stress another very serious point:  THESE COFFINS WERE VIDEO-TAPED OUTSIDE OF ATLANTA BEFORE ANYTHING AT ALL HAD HAPPENED REGARDING THIS FLU SITUATION.  People who still don't "get it" had better pull their heads out of their asses and begin to realize that with everything that is happening in an orchestrated manner, it is happening FOR A REASON.  As hard as I try to make an excuse for what I am seeing, I simply can't do it any longer because at some point in time, COMMON SENSE takes over and it becomes so clear that you don't even need to use deductive reasoning any longer to see the reality staring at you in the face.  

I am not speaking to really anyone who is a member of TIU, but I AM speaking directly to those "guests" who come here and may not believe or understand what they are seeing.  Noel needs to have a guest come-on to his show and begin putting-out information about this because I simply do not believe in coincidences any longer.  AGAIN...these coffins that are used especially for BIOLOGICAL WARFARE were video-taped outside of Atlanta, Georgia, USA BEFORE this entire "pandemic" occurred; you people tell me what you think about that "coincidence."

So how many of you are armed and ready to beat some punk asses down when things escalate? I've concluded within the past few years that this is going to come to force. The other side ALWAYS uses force. It's just a matter of planning out how best to achieve political purposes with their violence. Planning for a fight should be one of the little side projects that every one is doing. It's only prudent with what we all know.

I REALLY don't know if any of you noticed this or not, but the satellite photo that Mike put-up shows a rail-road RIGHT NEXT to where those military-grade caskets are stored.  This is something that I don't think that anyone else has ever mentioned before now.

I'm still confused as to how they plan to implement mass internment. They'll be able to corral 100 people but then the people will start shooting back. There's more guns in the country than there are people. Clearly people won't go easily.

So what will they do? My bet is on some kind of a virus. Once you have a population hit with something and people dying everywhere - on the streets, in offices, malls - survivors will leave voluntarily.

I don't think those are for transporting autos.....besides the U.S. has an over abundance/capacity of auto transport systems for some time to come.

Thats what I first thought but if you look close the connector is directly above the wheels and not between the two sets of wheels between two cars.
The second pic doesn't show this feature.

It is obvious that Rense comes here, or at the very least someone sent him this because as this is becoming more and more of an issue here at TIU...it "appears" on Rense's site.  I think after the two articles that were posted on Rense by TIU, he comes here to check on what is going on occassionally.

As I have said several times, I am at the point where I don't believe that those are auto-transport cars, but that is the official story of what these cars are, as far as this issue is concerned in the "mainstream."  This does not at all seem to be the case-in-reality, but is a desperate excuse to calm the legitimate anger and fears over what appears to be a growing body-of-evidence that something very, very bad is being planned in America...and I can assure you that the rest of the world will have its version of whatever internment protocol is initiated here.

This is very sobering in its implication for the world, and my greatest fear is that once the vaccination program begins, that may very-well give the impetus for the "round-up" to begin, especially if a quarantine/martial-law policy is in full-effect across America.  I say this explicitly because in the satellite photo that Mike provided for TIU, you can see as plainly-as-day that there is a railroad right next to the facility where those 500,000 military/bio-grade caskets are being stored near Atlanta, Georgia, USA.  I just don't think that people are putting all of this together in their minds because it is simply too much for the average person to bear in their mind that things can get this bad in THEIR country...watching another nation go through a nightmare is one thing, but to see it and admit it first-hand in your own nation is simply too much for probably MOST people to handle.

I told all of you that this is what "everyone" is saying that these rail cars are, and Rense is saying that this is all a hoax.  I guess that everyone will have to make-up their own minds about what to believe because the powers-that-be sure as Hell wouldn't come-out and say that these are prisoner rail cars if they that's what they truly are.

The Auto-Max railcar is changing the way cars are shipped.

Anyone who has traveled in the shadow of a Suburban or an Excursion lately knows their imposing girth. Their size not only creates problems for owners of pint-size commuter cars trying to stay clear of these 3-ton behemoths, but also for the manufacturers who make them. In their quest to get these hot-selling vehicles to market, the manufacturers have been faced with the reality that standard railway transport cars, their primary means of long-haul transport, are ill equipped to handle today's ever-expanding SUVs.
In response, the Greenbrier Co. of Lake Oswego, Ore., a leading railcar manufacturer, has developed an entirely new line of cars to accommodate big vehicles. The new Auto-Max railcar significantly increases the number of vehicles that can be transported in one load, while also incorporating many new auto-specific features not found on traditional railway transport cars.

Before the introduction of the Auto-Max, vehicles were mostly transported on converted freight cars that were either configured for smaller cars using a three-level system, or kept open for trucks and SUVs using a two-level setup. This system worked adequately, but required the additional paperwork and supervision that went along with what was essentially a two-tiered fleet. Upon turnaround, shippers were faced with the fact that they were wasting space when they were forced to ship cars on two-level setups and the dilemma of not being able to squeeze SUVs into three-level configurations.

 
Greenbrier engineers attacked the problem from two directions. They not only created a significantly larger overall car, they incorporated a convertible rack system that allows shippers to alter the interior configuration to make the most of the space available.

An Auto-Max car is really two cars combined at the middle with a flexible, stainless steel-mesh bellows to create one giant 145-ft.-long car. The bellows allows for easier cornering and a better ride for the extra long cars. When combined with a newly developed electronic braking system, these cars permit higher overall speeds without compromising safety. The cars also benefit from floors that drop down between the wheel trucks to provide even more interior space—an innovation borrowed from the company's double-stack freight carriers. The width has also been increased over traditional railcars, which should reduce shipping damage, especially that which happens during loading and unloading.

These innovations allow a fully loaded Auto-Max to carry up to 26 vehicles in a single car, a significant increase over traditional limits of 10 to 15 vehicles on traditional setups. When you apply this increase to an entire load of Auto-Max cars, the benefits are astounding.

 
As if these significant increases were not enough, Greenbrier also incorporated other innovations. Auto-Max carriers feature heavy-duty 11-ga. sheet-steel sides, lockable composite doors, and hidden internal ladders rather than exposed exterior ones to prevent entry from the typically vulnerable roof.

However, the Auto-Max does present some problems. The increased size of the overall car prohibits its use on routes with low tunnels—typical in more remote areas—and the sheer number of cars on one train might also overwhelm some smaller facilities when it comes to unloading and loading a train for turnaround. Auto-Max cars also cost nearly twice as much as their more antiquated cousins.

So far, the only manufacturer to use the Auto-Max cars is American Honda, based in Torrance, Calif. Dick Frick, manager of automobile logistics for Honda, is already praising the increased capacity and speed that the Auto-Max cars provide. He says that runs between Southern California and their Marysville, Ohio, and Alliston, Ontario, plants have already increased to five a month compared to the industry average of less than two. Honda is so confident in the safety and reliability of the new railcars that the automaker used them to ship its first installment of S2000 roadsters to the Midwest."

To further support Honda's strategy to increase product distribution by rail, Honda this year invested approximately $7 million to redesign the rail infrastructure at its automobile plants in Marysville and East Liberty, Ohio. The redesign added rail capacity, enabling American Honda to ship more units via rail. Further, inbound and outbound trains at the plant can now operate at a faster pace; pull easier on upgraded tracks; and, require less railcar switching in the yard, reducing fuel consumption, CO2, and other air pollutants emissions that are produced while engines are left idling.

According to CSX, which serves Honda's rail operations in Ohio, the infrastructure improvement contributes an annual savings of 2,436 gallons of fuel and 54,432 pounds of CO2 per year.

I think that the key here is repurposing.

Lindsey, I really HOPE that you are ARMED. This is going to get really fucking nasty before it's over. I hope EVERY ONE on this board, who can be armed, IS armed. Being unarmed, yet highly informed about political events has historically been very bad for one's health. The intelligensia are some of the immediate targets during major war events. Obviously if we can wake up as many people as we can then we will have more people doing what they can to prepare themselves rather than being victims or serious threats to those of us who are prepared.

When they implement martial law it's on. I personally think they will avoid armed conflict as long as possible and rather that they will CONTINUE to wage their unconventional war upon the population. I would expect to see things like attempting to spread bio warfare via chemtrails or water supplies before moves to martial law.

People better spend some time thinking about whether they're going to bend over and take it in the ass or if they're gonna arm up and be ready to put down the brutally vicious thugs who would enslave them, rape the women and children, etc. Their body armor doesn't do jack shit against high powered rifles and sabot rounds. Let em dress up in their play uniforms. They'll get demoralized when their buddies don't come back. They'll start to question if it's worth the paycheck. Mercenaries are UNRELIABLE. And that's all they got. None of them are fighting for their dignity, or to be left the fuck alone to live your life in peace. While they get stomped the people who planned and directed them need to be dealt with like the little mass murdering POS that they are....
