None of this has to be "true", except for the fact that people will get sick and die --that happens all the time everywhere. The people of Kiev and elsewhere in the Ukraine were subject to severe radiological poison from Chernobyl. That's ongoing because of the environmental uptake. We all have to guess at how the demographics of illness really play out in relation to largescale poisoning hazards like power plants, chemical dumps and the rest. People who endure exposures like this don't actually need an outside influence-- they're sensitive for life and able to pass on genetic damage and intolerances. The fact that this is 'going down' in the Ukraine immediately makes me think about Chernobyl.
