You have mockingly likened my enquiries to those of the Kennedy assassination. You are ignoring the severity of the allegations against Daryl, specifically ATTEMPTED MURDER. Assassination IS murder by another name. Ognir is claiming that Daryl tried to murder him. Ognir stated that this attempted murder came from behind, was unprovoked and unannounced. This attempted murder is made to sound like attempted assassination.
I am asking specific questions that are relevant too serious allegations. It is obligatory for everyone on this thread to take such allegations seriously. People should not be passing flippant judgment or over looking inconsistencies in statements pertaining to allegations of attempted murder.
If Ognir had simply stated Daryl assaulted me or beat me up then the allegations would be considerably less serious. But he did not, instead he claimed that Daryl had tried to murder him. In my opinion Ognir put out this dramatic headline on Friday night after the assault because he was drunk. Now that he has started this allegation rather than apologise himself for this massive exaggeration of the incident he is trying to keep the whole allegation going. If he insists on doing that then he should expect people to ask for clarification on all the minor details, rather than trying to laugh such questions off or dismiss them.
Please do not treat these allegations and enquiries as a joke. I have very good reason for asking the question about the table.

Abdul Jabaar, I agree completely.  My initial confusion and shock became worry that Ognir and Daryl might be in serious danger.  The info was so sketchy, the photos inconclusive, the tone not quite right to my ear, and the issue very ripe for manipulation.

In the US it would probably be an assault/battery charge. With no priors it would be probation with time in a half-way house; Mandatory 12 step program attendance and probably an anger management class as well. If DBS has no record and took a plea, he could maybe get the charge reduced to a non-violent offense and expunged after completion of the 12-step and AM class.

If the DA found out about the IATW website, he might take the zionist offensive and push for the maximum. Of course that would mean a trial and Og would have to testify. I don't think Og would take it there because he would be siding with the enemy.

I felt the same way.  This was completely out of the blue. I wondered if the site had been taken over. (Lately TIU has been down once every few days...)  But then when I saw the video, it sounded like Ognir's voice, and he documented the scene.  Also the posted pictures were of a pasty white person that could only be Irish.  I was convinced.

Ognir would really have no reason to make sh*t up out of the blue. He always struck me as an honest person. And his behavior is consistent with one who has just been attacked by a crazy brute: He sounds really pissed-off.  On the other hand, DBS said nothing to defend himself, but only published a half-assed apology on his site.  It's gone now, but he wrote: "Noel I am Sad and Sorry How Things Worked Out For Us, We Did A Lot Of Important Work Together". That's the way proud people apologize. He's acknowledging that he did something wrong without actually acknowledging that he did something wrong.  "I'm sad and sorry how things worked out for us."  Like he and Ognir were watching a movie where DBS attacked Og.  Sh*t.  I'm sorry and sad the way things worked out for them, and I wasn't even there.  

I hope DBS starts a 12-step program.  But people usually have to "bottom out" before they seek help. Unfortunately, some people don't bottom out until they wake up in hospital after killing someone.  I've known a couple of people who killed people when they were drunk.  If they could go back in time and stop drinking before they killed anybody, I'll bet they would do that.

Yeah.  I used to hold DBS in higher esteem.  There had been some talk about drug abuse in his past, and there was the audio of DBS calling EH and going on a drunken tirade. But I didn't know he was known to go bat-sh*t crazy when he gets drunk. People like that shouldn't drink.  

I'll probably still go to the IATW, but it kind of gives me a bad feeling now. I had a girlfriend who slapped me once, and that was it.  I was done.  The feeling changed, and the fun leaked out. I e-mailed DBS and he did respond and said Ognir was a liar and he has a lawyer and cannot comment further at this time. It is transparent to us all that something happened. I am not calling anyone a liar. Both men, who I respect for their work, have their version of events, which both may be right but different interupetions. None of us were there. To Rockclimber- you make some good points. We all want Ognir to make a speedy recovery. However, to be fair to DBS, I have urged him to give his side of the story and I think it is mandatory that he goes down that route. There are 2 sides to every story. I do not know if he has a drink problem. Others say he does. If so, he needs help. I like to drink socially but never violent; I just laugh more, lol. We all know he takes his works seriously and may have even put his life on the line. This may have forced him to abuse the bottle. I know he has mentioned people coming to his door, Zionist jews watching his comings and goings. Is it true? It is an open question but I tend to bleieve him because of the level of his work. He needs the benefit of doubt to respond and speak to his listeners. I hope we could all close ranks. Time heals old wounds. I hope this is case with Ognir and DBS. I must say this is amazing that you know a couple of people who have done this. Most of us, fortunately, have never known one. To be intellectually honest means to question multiple versions of events as told by different people, calling no one a liar until the truth can be found, if the truth can be found. I am (and was) happy to see a few members here engaged in that process, which I hope continues until both, or maybe even three versions of the story have been fully heard and fully examined. None of us who weren't present last Friday can hope to know the whole truth otherwise.

To Ognir--I wish you a full recovery in body and spirit; I very much appreciate your dedicated "out"ing of society's worst criminals; and I do hope that someday, impossible though it may seem, you and Daryl are able to find some sort of reconciliation together.

As for my "getting a clue," perhaps I was incorrect in presuming that yet another restatement of DBS's obvious (to anyone in this forum) personal issues was unnecessary, but I'm not entirely sure how that makes me clueless. As for the seriousness of this matter, as I indicated, my first post here wouldn't have happened if it--and I--weren't serious.
